A professionally run hotel with a good hotel room. I liked the excellent bed, the electric kettle ('tefal') and fridge. If you are tired of meat, there's a vegan cafe next door.

Breakfast would be a nice addition because there isn't much in town that opens before 10am. You need to put a top sheet in the rooms, not just a bottom sheet. We had to sleep in our sleeping bag liners. The worst part is the noise. It is very noisy from the echoes in the hallway. It sounded like people were coming out of the restaurant below at 2 am. We didn't get much sleep.

Large clean room. Air conditioning worked well. Wifi is hit and miss, you need to use VPN for most places in Tajikistan. Shower was good with hot water.

My room wasn’t ready when I arrived due to a problem with the floor, I had to wait a couple of hours before it was ready.

The room was clean and comfortable and it had a decent bathroom, also was nice to have a kettle, staff were helpful and friendly especially Said who even gave me his mobile number in case I needed his help, I think the property was good value for money. The guesthouse also holds yoga classes on site, the property is located near the river in a quiet road and close to a few restaurants and a shop, it’s not to far to walk to the centre of the city.

We were charged too much. The price on booking was 28 dollars. We were charged 31.15usd. We were told the exhange rate was 1usd = 12. 1usd should be 10.96. So we paid 35 somoni too much. The pillows could be better or have 2 per person.

Needs maintenance on some things (out bathroom door handle was broken and locks) but they seemed to be taking care of it when we were there. Wi-Fi could be better

Lovely colorful small boutique hotel. Good location, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable room with great bed. All with a very friendly, helpful and courteous reception staff with great English language skills. Highly recommended.

Staff did hardly speak to us and was not motivated at all to help us out with basic questions in terms of local restaurants or transportation. Tiny but important details in room missing. No blanket in the room in October. No night lights in bedroom Missing places to dry towels.

Rooms were renovated, and nice. Good price for value. Hot water in shower. Small kitchen + tea making facilities.wifi worked nicely. Facilities were really nice staff wasn't helpful.

The thing to hold the shower head on the wall is placed incorrectly and if you use it you flood the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was broken and it didn't close or lock.

The apartment was great, the beds were comfortable and the AC worked perfectly (important in Khujand in the summer). The staff were really helpful. There is a supermarket less than 6 minutes away walking.

Extremely noisy. No soundproof. Each night I listened couples making love. Each morning I woke up because of slamming or squeaking doors. The staff starts cleaning at 8 am and do that in a very noisy way. By the way, the quality of the cleaning is very poor. They provide kitchen but it doesn’t make sense. The kitchen doesn’t equipped with pots or pans. The only thing available is an electric kettle. In my room a tap was broken. They tried to fix it but result was zero. Not zero. They left a lot of dirty footprints in the bathroom. Both tv remotes didn’t work. The staff provided the new ones, but why wouldn’t they do that before? There is no safe box in the room but there is a warning: “The hotel doesn’t take responsibility for your valuables.”

Great hotel with spacious clean rooms. Staff are very helpful and helped me with my questions. They responded very quickly on whatsapp. Location is a little far from the centre but in a nice quiet area by the river and not too long to walk to the centre.

Nice and clean place, and my apartment facing the garden was very peaceful and quiet. Unusual but very good food at the vegan cafe (try the blue tea)!
