My only complaint is that despite having blackout blinds, there is light pollution from the top and centre of the curtains and from the bathroom which tended to wake me up too early.

The perfect location for everything such as Sunday market, night bazaar, Old Town etc. It's on a very quiet side street so hardly any traffic noise. THE TV was acceptable with international news channels, bed so huge and comfortable too and the staff are delightful and nothing too much trouble. 2 nice looking big pool but I didn't try them.

Location was great felt like you were far away from the city but you weren’t old town was 5/ 10mins walk ..gardens were immaculate pool access room was great

Breakfast was ok but nothing special, very standard buffet scrambled eggs, sausages, rice, fruits etc. I would take hotel breakfast again if traveling with family and need of a hassle free option in the morning, otherwise there are for the same price better options within walking distance.

Green lush hotel courtyard and pool there was very nice. I recommend the room with balcony to the pool area and bath tub. I had as well room without balcony and one with balcony was much better. It felt comparatively larger and also room's air temperature was cooler (could have also been just better AC in this room). Hotel location was close to the old town area and central. 7-11 nearby. Loi Kroh road nearby, which gets busy in the evening with massage parlor's and bars I would stay in the hotel again alone and/or with family

This is oasis in the heart of Chiang Mai. Always clean and a good value. Get the pool access room if you can.

We paid for accommodation but we didn't end up getting back to use it, there was NO refund.

What a great find, so close to the river and where we needed to go the next day. Didnt see 2 pools on the website, lovely and the pond and greenery down the back was amazing.... It was better than what I first thought when I booked. Reception was soooo helpful, I had lots of questions and they helped with all of them. Strongly recommend this property.

A quite location 15 minutes walk from all attractions. A choice of 2 pools Morning or afternoon sun. Superb breakfast reasonably priced. A TV that showed all international stations. Spotless and well appointed furniture, with hood linen

I was a bit underwhelmed by the breakfast

The property is very well situated making it easy walking distance from the majority of the central attractions. The hotel has lovely gardens and two pools which were much needed respite from the heat during my stay. The room (and importantly the bed) were very comfortable and the hotel staff extremely helpful. Also very efficient and reasonably priced laundry.

For the cost, comfort and location, we can't complain!

Lovely, comfortable hotel with two pools near Thapae Gate in Chiang Mai. The room was comfortable with a large shower and even on the ground floor it felt quiet. The staff were helpful and it was a great escape from the busy parts of Chiang Mai.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t very good it couldn’t keep the room cold. The bathroom was a little dated and not very updated. The thing I really didn’t like is to have your door being glass and have the walkway right in front of your door.

The property was very nice, the pool area is also very nice. The rooms were big and bed was comfortable. I didn’t partake in the breakfast but I believe it was nice. The wi-fi was fine.

A lovely hotel tucked away off the main roads but within walking distance to the markets and other attractions. Our room was clean, really comfortable bed and we could access the swimming pool from our balcony.
