I have been staying at The Prince Palace Hotel for nearly 20 years and have stayed many times ,very reasonably priced, quite location, free WiFi and gym

The rugs from the aisles of the rooms were very dirty and smelly. The room was very clean but really old. The hotel overall is very good conservated but it was old, the gym is really old, the jacuzzis look good but they are old and need maintenance. They need to renovate some areas and rooms.

Everybody was kind, the Receptionists, front desk, Baggage staff, restaurant &bar, very friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing The breakfast buffet is variable and good. Perfect service, they let me leave my bags for 2 weeks while i travel around another islands without any exyra charge, just because i had one more night reserved already with them again.

The Pub didn’t work on Sunday due to some meeting activities at conference center.

Close to main tourist attractions in the city. Has 7-Eleven store right in the building. Nice view from the top floors

I didn't like the food, and it was expensive.

The room we got was not what we booked, first they tried to give the adjoining room with three beds and falling apart wallpaper with funny smell, we asked them to change it and they gave us a twin room that again wasn't anything like the one we booked , the shower head was a health Hazzard as it was broken with some wires sticking out and the water was going everywhere on the bathroom floor, the shower curtain was disgustingly dirty and old, the wallpaper was falling off, the rooms needs deep cleaning and new furniture . We stayed here before and we got a nice room, sadly we had an emergency so our stay was cut short and we booked again since we enjoyed our previous stay but after this recent one we definitely wouldn't try to stay here again.

The lobby is really beautiful and the breakfast is really delicious with lots of varieties for everyone, the view from the room was beautiful and the location was good for our travel purpose

The location is a bit isolated, other than all the clothes stores, there is not a lot around it, so you would always have to catch a taxi

Toilet flushing always stuck and need to call housekeeping to help, the main window door at balcony’s cannot be lock during the first day check in.

The room is old now. The air conditioner is not cool. The toilet is old too. You need to renovate the room.

Food and Beverage service was hard to access after 10pm. No answer from room service. Our young son was repeatedly asked to remove his UV protection t shirt while in the pool. NO.

Room Service is poor first day they cleaned it amazing and then next few days they didn't even bother to clean the room. I have two kids and without cleaning it's difficult.

The rooms are quite 'tired'; we found dirty mirrors and the room had an extremely strong ladan smell. If you're sensitive to smells, it's better to choose another option. Surprisingly, it was hard to get a taxi from that place, and the area isn't really walkable. Additionally, we found ants in the bathroom.

Bedrooms were not clean, we had cockroaches as well. Bedrooms need updating, shower especially . No where to get a drink, even water, from the pool on level 12. Staff not particularly friendly. However accommodation is cheap.

The room was a good size, we had a 3 bed family room. Both pools were as expected. Hotels shared areas were clean. Good breakfast options to suit everyone. As it was a cheap stay you get what you pay for.

Cleaning could be done better. The furnishings are quite old, perhaps it was a 4-star hotel 20 years ago.
