They have a blue light alarm that’s bright when it’s all dark, so weird that they have that and an alarm sound comes on and off here and there, which was bothersome

Unfortunately, every room (we had different rooms) had cockroaches. The hotel does have some overdue maintenance.

The old and uncomfortable rooms, with not open windows what’s quite weird in hot Bangkok, whole place is really big with a lot of different buildings so you have to walk a lot

The hotel was in general a bit old. The best days are over. Most outlets were broken in the room and also the hallway was quite noisy. But for the price you pay it is still a very good choice!

Just good beds and clean bathroom. The pool was very good and lovely place to swim and sunbath. The view at the city from the swimmingpool was insane. Also the staff was very friendly we were very early for check in because we had a early flight but we already got a room so that was very nice!

We made several bookings for 60 pax delegation. The receptionists have issues settling the rooms. It took them more than 4 hours to sort out our rooms. In one instance, room keys were assigned to room where it was already occupied. My partners were shocked.

We were upgraded to 1 bedroom unit which was spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping came daily to clean and replenished all things. Overall, the location is great cos below the hotel are wholesale vendors giving reasonable prices

I have stayed here for almost 20 years a few times every year and should be a privileged guest by now. The girl at reception on my last stay recognised this and upgraded me to a suite

The rugs from the aisles of the rooms were very dirty and smelly. The room was very clean but really old. The hotel overall is very good conservated but it was old, the gym is really old, the jacuzzis look good but they are old and need maintenance. They need to renovate some areas and rooms.

Everybody was kind, the Receptionists, front desk, Baggage staff, restaurant &bar, very friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing The breakfast buffet is variable and good. Perfect service, they let me leave my bags for 2 weeks while i travel around another islands without any exyra charge, just because i had one more night reserved already with them again.

The Pub didn’t work on Sunday due to some meeting activities at conference center.

Close to main tourist attractions in the city. Has 7-Eleven store right in the building. Nice view from the top floors

The room we got was not what we booked, first they tried to give the adjoining room with three beds and falling apart wallpaper with funny smell, we asked them to change it and they gave us a twin room that again wasn't anything like the one we booked , the shower head was a health Hazzard as it was broken with some wires sticking out and the water was going everywhere on the bathroom floor, the shower curtain was disgustingly dirty and old, the wallpaper was falling off, the rooms needs deep cleaning and new furniture . We stayed here before and we got a nice room, sadly we had an emergency so our stay was cut short and we booked again since we enjoyed our previous stay but after this recent one we definitely wouldn't try to stay here again.

The lobby is really beautiful and the breakfast is really delicious with lots of varieties for everyone, the view from the room was beautiful and the location was good for our travel purpose

The location is a bit isolated, other than all the clothes stores, there is not a lot around it, so you would always have to catch a taxi
