The place is comming to an age where the rooms and furnishing are pretty run down.

Central and near to a lot of places to eat, 7-Eleven Shops and Money Changers.

Restaurant did not have lots of options, kind of away from everything, beach was not the most beautiful.

Nice large room, large bed, lounge bar area, nice large bath with tub and cool shower, right on the beach, and good price.

Try booking an AC room , As the non AC ones comes only with a table fan and it really becomes uncomfortable during summers. We found a rat loitering around the room which tried eating our snacks inside the backpack.

The location of the property is nice, its right on the Chaweng beach. They have a nice restaurant here, u can just sit and relax.

I feel this place was for older customers 50 and above. I had booked a beachfront villa but turned up to find they didnt have one for me. I was however given a delux room at discount.

It was right on the beach and near to the livley beach bars.

Mosquitoes can come into the room pretty easily. PowerPoint in strange spot. We booked our transport through the reception desk but they organised it for the wrong pier so we were out of pocket. Minor things

We booked a fan room and the temperature was bearable as there were two fans. The room is super spacious and the beach front area is nice. Has a little balcony with chairs and a clothes line to hang which was useful.

Nothing. It was as I expected.

It was in a great location. Right on the beach. It was your old school backpackers but with aircon. Very basic but very comfortable and a great price. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower is problematic..Propeller instead of air conditioner!!!

The hotel is very nice. The price and benefits are excellent. But there is no air conditioning. And water for the shower is a bit of a problem. I stayed in room 506 or 806. The seaside is a wonderful place. The employees are excellent people. But there is a problem when there is no air conditioning and water. ..

My room was a basic one but there was a lizard inside which was quite disappointing.

The location is right in the centre, and everything is accessible. The property is beautiful right in front of the beach.

Not enough sun beds on the beach think there were about 6 very old ones in total. And as it’s all about the stunning beach location it was a shame. Beach towels it was for us lol.

Tucked away from the Main Street and a stone’s throw from the beach. Big comfortable bed and clean linen and towels daily. On site restaurant serving lots of local dishes. Also there were massages available directly on the beach which were soooo good had one daily for 300 baht. Had a fabulous stay!

Bed and pillows are not the best 😕 The bungalows are pretty tiny, and they need a little maintenance done.

Nice little bungalow on the beach. The location is just perfect 👌 very easy to get everywhere from it, from 10 to 30min by bike (depending on your destination)

Such a great location! Bungalows are big and spacious. A bit outdated but clean and comfortable. Restaraunt food is good and reasonably priced. Hotel staff were all so genuinely kind and helpful. Recommend!

Standard rooms were quite basic and old and did not have A/C which is understandable for price but if I was coming again I’d Definetely go for superior room !

My room was a little tired and could do with a bit of cheering up. Was expecting a bit more from the place but can’t really complain for the price.

The place has great potential and location, but needs maintenance.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is great, beautiful beachfront, with easy access to other resorts. The main night attractions of Chaweng just 5 minutes away on foot.
