The location, beach and the fact that it was a pool villa on the beach. Jojo at the restaurant was super helpful as well as the manager (forgot his name - a Balinese Gentleman)

Sound from other villas or staff walking around was noticeable inside our villa - not sure if it’s our specific villa or an acoustic problem in all the villas…. There were flies and bugs - and I know - the property is surrounded by nature and jungle trees - so we understand- but still - less fun

I am not sure from where to begin. From the moment that you step foot onto the property, be prepared to be treated like royalty. A warm welcome, complimentary drinks and a lot of smiles. Andy at the front desk as well as the rest of the team from the reception, restaurant and other departments were always there to serve you and make you feel as comfortable as possible. We had initially booked the Beachfront Pool Suite, but since it was our honeymoon, they were kind enough to place us at their most beachfront villa that was literally on the beach! As far as the villas are concerned, all I have to say is wow! They decorated the room for us for the occasion, the villa was huge with a shower, bathtub, huge bed and all the amenities you need. On the veranda you have your sun lounges and your private pool. Needless to say, the view is breathtaking and we have witnessed the best sunset ever! You literally have a private beach for yourself so to speak because from our villa it was right below our deck. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was also really nice, make sure to try the tuna steak (if memory serves me right) which is delicious. There was also fire show which added to the whole experience. The resort as a whole is a pleasure to be in, with all the beautiful scenery and the butterflies roaming around. Walking through it feels like walking in paradise. We will definitely visit again because it was truly an unforgettable experience!

The room 32 is too near from the road so you can ear a little noise of the motorbike and the car,but a little, and the personal pool was not very clean can be improved by checking more offently during day.

The villa pools are fantastic, great ocean view. The rooms are huge and we loved the style. The food is absolutely fantastic, great quality. Everything you need for breakfast and dinners are top notch. And what would a hotel be without the staff? Lovely people, always smiling and very kind and helpful. We‘ve laughed a lot with them and everyone was amazing. Greetings to Jojo and the restaurant crew from V15! They also decorated the villa for my girlfriend‘s birthday with balloons, flowers, made her a cake and sang for her. To highlight: they didn’t charge for this, which other hotels do. Appreciate the love, detail and the support! Location is brilliant. 5 minutes ride to Thong Sala, 15/20 minutes walk. Hotel also offers shuttles to the city.

Nothing is near by so everything must be a taxi or you rent a car.

I like the staff the manager that helped us even when our booking was off for some reason. They took really good care of us and even had special arrangement of the bed for our honeymoon on their behalf and a bottle of champagne. The place itself is just amazing the views and the rooms and the way you wake up in the mornings is just mesmerizing. Another good thing in that place is their restaurant which offers really good Israeli food. Definitely coming back next year!

The beach is beautiful, but not one of the best in Koh Phangan. Not deep enough for swimming, and lots of leaves etc. Also, to get from the beach front Villa to the beach we needed to jump on stones.. a few stairs could be a great upgrade.

Amazing hotel and experience. Everything was wonderful: the staff, the food, the room (beachfront villa). One of the best breakfasts we had in Thailand and we also got a voucher for dinner which was great! (Didn't include drinks and kid meals - so overall the price was the same as a full dinner at a less expensive restaurant out of the hotel, but the food was very good)

From a value for money perspective the hotel is really expensive, especially for drinks and food which are not included as part of the dinner menu so be prepared to spend more....

The staff were truly kind and super friendly. The room had its own pool which is a huge plus with 2 kids. The breakfast was the best one we had in Thailand.

The facilities of the bathroom and shower in the room needs a tach up it is old and doesn’t feet the price and the look of the place and also there isn’t enough lights inside the room.

You can’t beat the location with that view! Most off the staff are friendly and Sam from the restaurant and Andy from the front desc were extremely friendly and nice to us.

The half-board was compulsory and even though the food was good you dont want to be forced to eat in every dinner for 2 weeks. Lots of nature sounds around and as walls are thin ear-plugs are recommended for light-sleepers.

Private villa with our own pool that was cooling also when the infinity pool and sea were too hot. Beautiful and well-kept garden. This area sometimes has too low seawater level due to tide but in front of our hotel it was always possible to go into water. Very nice staff! As we stayed 2 weeks we got to see fireworks 3times.

EVERYTHING WAS SUPERB. Andy, Plah, Aek and Tik are just the most incredible hosts. We are a couple who travel regularly and this was by far one of the best experiences we had.

We treated ourselves and went for the beach view villa. The room is lovely - a huge bed and fantastic quiet air con. The outside area includes a plunge pool, sunbeds and a table/chairs for 2. You get a view of the beach - in January the tide comes right up. The sunsets are spectacular. The food was amazing and the staff just brilliant
