We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe ONLY negative thing I have to say is that the fitness centre is not a fitness centre. Its a small little room right by the pool with a couple of treadmills, a small bench and small weights. I didn't bother to use it and walked to a local gym instead.
Stayed in Citrus for a couple of weeks and absolutely loved it. The room is a good size with a very powerful AC, comfy bed, decent size balcony, hot water and a great desk space. The hotel seems to be recently renovated too which made it feel very modern and clean. The location is also very good as you're close to everything, but its also peaceful and not super busy like it is closer to central patong. I was still able to walk out at all hours of the day and night and able to get food, drink, massage, go gym, go beach, etc. The price of the hotel is also great value for money too at the time of staying.

The hotel is positioned quite well - you are close to the beach, party, multiple night markets, bars, and restaurants. At night we didn't have problems with a loud party music, so we slept really well. The room was nice and clean. The mattress was comfortable, and sheets were clean. Balcony was perfect to dry our towels. Personal was polite and helpful. I would like to say special thanks to the lady chef - she prepared the most amazing pad kaprao for breakfast, and she was extremely nice.

United KingdomGoing off other Citrus hotels it felt as though they were in the middle of taking over this hotel. For example, compared to other citrus hotels the rooms are not as modern or nice. If we came Patong again we would stay at this hotel but would request a room away from the road as it was very loud. Although the balcony was very good the rooms at the front need double glazing.
The hotel is nice, it is in a good location and the staff were very good. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The room was very spacious.

AustraliaThe pool is quite small and only has about 6 deck chairs; I booked a balcony room thinking it would overlook the pool but it actually overlooked a busy road and was quite noisy; (Minor point) - at the time of my stay the hotel's dining room was being renovated so breakfast was outsourced to a cafe 50m away.

PakistanThe bad: 1000 THB cash deposit. Which is not mentioned anywhere while booking. However they return it upon checkout so no big deal but came as a surprise as I didn't have cash when I checked in so I had to go to n fro to exchange shops to get it. They should understand guest when checking in are extremely tired with travel and only looking to get a shower and sleep asap, instead of running for cash. Inform about this deposit on booking.com page pls. Rude male receptionist stupid. Every other stag is super friendly but one male receptionist with glasses needs to learn to greet guests with a smile at least. Wifi poor in room. All the above are non trivial issues. I will stay here again as it is a very good hotel and clean and superb location. Don't worry about the negatives, just book it. Just share them so you can be prepared.
A very good location. Overall a clean property from lobby to rooms. Good bathroom! Adequate size room Helpful staff. Had some stains on quilt, they changed it and also gave me extra towel per request. Good breakfast. Live eggs <3. No rush. lovely pool. Balcony view. Comfy bed and pillows and a very good view! Can rent scooters nearby. Close to Patong beach! quiet street so no noises when u try to sleep at night.
