The pillows were abit too soft for me. There are no toiletries so have to prepare yourselves.

Room was very spacious, comes with balcony. Property comes with a cafe so if you’re lazy to go out, can also order food from there. Bed is superb, it’s the hard type so easy to sleep for me. Staffs are generally friendly.

Very far from everything No handsoap. Not provided when asked for, looked at me like I'm some animal😂 Had to stand up to turn off the lights. No bedside switch.

A bit old but alright. No frills hotel. Has a private entrance to a bridge leading you into a mall. Has a private laundromat. 711 is a few mins away. Bed is rock hard, like no softness whatsoever, if you're into that.

It would be very nice if there is a choice for the room with bathtub.

The swimming pool was very stylish and nice. I really enjoyed the sunset and view from there. Very nice relaxing space on the roof top. My room had an easy access to the top floor by staying just one floor down. Very good hotel for workcation. The staff was very kind to let me use his personal phone because my phone didn't work. When I arrived, the staff came out right away to help my luggage. It was very welcoming feeling. Location is good for walking around to see the atmosphere of the area.

There seems to be lots of rules, none effected us but it was something I noticed. No smoking (even on balcony) Deposit of 1000thb had to be given when you get your key.

The hotel was fast to respond to emails with questions I had before we got there. No shuttle to airport but they can order a taxi for you it’s 500tbh and takes about 15/20 mins. Very helpful and clean. We arrived hours before check in and they were kind enough to allow us to leave bags and use the roof top pool and gave us towels. 7-11 up the road, and a mall opposite but not much else, it’s perfect for an over night stop before or after a flight. Would return here.

No smoking all over the facility without previous notice from Booking.com or from the hotel on the web. We saw people complaining of this misinformation.

The location was close to Seacon Square. Groceries and Halal food.

Just the location. I didn't realise how far away from centre it was. But that was my fault for not checking. Also emailed them with an inquiry the night before and got a reply the following day but but not what I had asked. I asked again but never got reply

Pool very nice. Very peaceful. Beds are massive. Food from restaurant was nice and also cheap

The bed was very hard, but seems to be a pattern in Thailand.

Right next to rail line, and a good mall o lots to explore, many food options, 711 and massage place nearby. Great rooftop pool and really kind friendly, helpful staff. Great shower.

Rooms were below standard. Shower pressure was awful and bathroom could’ve been cleaner. This hotel has a lot of potential just pay attention to the rooms!! Breakfast wasn’t great.

I liked how spacious and clean the room was, plenty of space to stow my belongings. The roof top pool is nice, family friendly area.

Room cleanliness can be improved. They could introduce VIP membership for regulars :)

Extremely handy with private access to sky bridge that takes you straight to Seacon shopping mall. Laundromat located on site with washing machines and dryers. Friendly counter staff! Gym sufficiently equipped for a decent workout :)

Located opposite a mall. Pretty convenient for shopping and for meals. The breakfast comes in sets and guests are allowed to choose breakfast of their preference. Love the coin laundry service located just in the hotel building.

The room didn’t have a bedside lamp which was an inconvenience, also I asked for more coffee sachets at reception and was refused and told to use the cafe .

I initially picked the hotel for the swimming pool and it was nice , a little far from the airport and khaosan road but very close to another cool market

All in all no complaints, really.

Good location. Right opposite a massive shopping mall and the Yellow Line MRT monorail. Room was alright. Had wonderful view of the swanky Yellow Line train as it lumbered across. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. The best part is you can walk out to the busy Srinakharin Road via an iron rotating gate. and then take the footbridge right on to Seacon Square.
