Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The new Wing was very clean nd bright, and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very courteous and professional. Love the toilet bowl! We liked the clean wooden flooring instead of the usual carpeted finish.

United KingdomThis could have been a very different review if I didn’t ask for the upgrade. Initially I was given a small apartment type room, which felt like I’d walked into my house in the 1990s and it smelt a bit funny. However, I complained and requested an upgrade, which they did provide but for a small fee. It was so worth it. They placed me in a new wing of the hotel, complete contrast to the initial room. It was huge, clean, modern and had everything. Very good location too, so all in all, I would book again (for upgraded room).

Brilliant location and shuttle runs every 10 minutes to end of the alley road. Very close to sky walk straight to Century 21 shopping centre and Asok BST Station. Staff are so respectful and welcoming. Good breakfast choices in lovely dining room.

CanadaA rooftop bar would have been nice. The lifts look like they need a redo. More local fruit options at breakfast would be nice. The smoothy station could be open every day as well as the pool popcorn.
We chose the Centre Point mainly for the great location, however the quality of the hotel for the price made our choice even better. The pool(s) where nice and the shuttle service to the main road where great. The breakfast was outstanding and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating.
