It was quite difficult to order and explain about food on the phone to room service as they could not understand English well. Also, every person cannot be expected to be familiar with using QR Code to see menu on mobile phones like elderly people so you must put a printed room service food menu in the room. This was a very big inconvenience for my old parents and I had to keep running down to the 4th floor to the restaurant to order food. Also, it will be good if the menu options can be expanded to include some more international items.

Breakfast menu was excellent. If the cooking staff could speak a bit more English it would have been wonderful but overall it was very good.

The location is not recommended for tourists. The hotel is surrounded by government authorities. Rooms a bit older but still clean.

Location is a bit isolate from the convenience shop then there only have room services you can use. During the time of COVID there should have encouragement of sitting distancing for lunch-on.

With experience for meeting, it is good as staff understand then allow to check-in a bit earlier 30 min before meeting time. Table and Chair are fit for the meeting, There should have a choice of leisure and meeting then room can be adjustable into meeting environment.

Hotel is located in the government complex of offices and conference centre which it is obviously designed to cater for. There aren't any food stalls or restaurants in walking distance, but the hotel restaurant is quite acceptable, although the food is nothing special. At time of our visit there were lots of roadworks on the surrounding main roads causing traffic congestion. Our flight time from Don Muang meant we left the hotel at the same time as the government employees finished work, putting a lot of traffic on the already congested roads. We only made it in time for our flight because we had an inventive taxi driver with sharp elbows (pushy)

Modern Hotel with good staff. Very easy walking access to Chaengwattana Immigration Office, hence my choice of the hotel.

Despite the mandatory mask wearing requirements: Just inside the main entrance there is a small desk. Seated behind the desk was a man NOT wearing a mask! Wearing only a t-shirt and shorts, but NO mask, right next to the entrance/exit, this man completely ruined the professionalism shown by all the other hotel staff.

Very, very helpful staff at the breakfast room! Due to the current Covid situation there was no breakfast buffet this time, only a la carte. The breakfast room/kitchen staff were extremely accommodating when letting us have our breakfast late because of some unforeseen delays on our part. Very grateful for their help as they saved our day! Check in/check out easy and quick by friendly and polite receptionists.
