The pool was dirty with creepy piles of worms. Too much staircases to the Room, the outside of the hotel looks neglected with dirty walls.

Room was spacious, nice pool with excellent view. Staff was readily available to help with luggage.

The property definitely shows its age despite efforts to maintain it and is in need of modernisation.

Lovely grounds. Absolutely spectacular view of the gorgeous Ezulwini Valley from my south facing room. The bed was comfortable as well. The buffet supper on offer was delicious and the choice of buffet and a la carte at breakfast was very welcome. I also rate the quality of service.

The hotel was impossible to reach by phone for queries, the rooms are rather dated for the price, definitely need a refurbish. Staff just tuned-out after handing the keys, did not indicate how to get to rooms. We had visitors over for drinks at the terrace, staff insisted on payment in a manner that seemed like they were suspicious our guests were going to leave without paying (which is impolite esp. considering we were hotel residents), I requested a pool towel for one of our visitors to use as a throw as the wind was a bit chilled), staff loudly instructed colleague within my earshot to police that our visitor doesn't leave with it (again, I found that assumption very rude!). For the rest, it was a pleasant experience, but a bit of etiquette training for some could help.

Amazing breakfast, very clean and comfortable, most of the staff were super amazing & gave great service, a few were rather stand-offish. Great Showers!

Breakfast choices were limited and on booking.com it says there are bath tubs however when you arrive at the property there are showers instead. The night shift receptionist could be a little welcoming.

There are refurbished and old style rooms. Due to low occupancy the Owners kept the refurbished rooms shut and assigned us old rooms. They moved us into the refurbed rooms after we discovered what was happening. The refurbed rooms were great and I would recommend those for the price point.

The food (Dinner) was average, May be because we visited on the Christmas Eve and staff was tired. The rooms are carpeted.

The Pizza and breakfast was the best.

Room was not very clean, had a smoke scent and towels and blankets are old. I wouldn't recommend the dinner buffet. Most meat on the menu was out of stock.

Services, you really need improve on this. The staff attended to us after a good 30 minutes. We waited for the Omlette for a good 25 minutes!

The breakfast was not that good, I took a breakfast pack and the yourghut was spoiled already. They gave me 2 slices of bread which was not sufficient and there were no fruits and juice. Just boring breakfast.
