Stunning place to see wildlife up close in a peaceful camp with amazing facilities!

Getting from the camp into the national park itself was not quite clear for us. Be sure to ask the reception clearly which gate to enter :)

Magical place, wow. The rondavels are beautiful and super spacious and comfortable. Shower was perfect with hot water. Dinner was a buffet with multiple dishes to choose from, as well as a nice choice of wines, beers, sodas,... The camp is next to a waterhole, where we were greeted by three rhinos when arriving at the reception to check in, truly amazing. We came from Kruger where most of the road is asphalted, and here everything is dirt road but very feasible to drive with a normal car (non 4x4). We only stayed one night which was definitely too short, mistake from us to try to see as much different places in Swaziland as possible. I would recommend staying here for at least 2 nights to absorb all the different sections of the park, as well as the peacefulness and quietness of the camp itself. We will be back in our next SA-Swaziland trip!!

It was disappointing that the elephants and lion are in a separate camp only accessible to the guides taking you at R480 per person. This information is not shared with you when you book in.

What a lovely stay! The camp is truly tranquil and shady with plenty of seating to watch animals at the water hole. The reserve is quite thick around the camp so viewing can be quite difficult. We had some great rhino, warthog and various buck species sightings.

Maybe the fact that the lions were in another part grom the park. Not accessible with your own car.

What a peacefull place in The middle of nature. Animale ram around the accomodation. We could see rhinos from the bathroom.

We were group of 9 people. We stayed for 1 night. Everything was as we expected. Nice huts, good restaurant, sunset safari with open park's Toyota. There is no electricity inside huts, but we knew that and it was great as staff brought two kerosine lanterns in front of each hut. Cold and hot shower was present. The dinner was plentiful and very tasty. In the morning just before light came out we were sitting at benches near camp's waterhole and watched antelopes and rhinos.

There could be more laughter at the reception. The atmosphere of the oil lamps and candles is wonderful, but it is a shame that after more than 20 years there is still no electricity and WiFi in the cottages themselves. The double bed is too narrow. The price excluding conservation fee, breakfast and dinner is too high.

Unique experience, clean premises, pretty good food, Our preference was honored. Friendly restaurant and bar staff.

No electricity in the chalets (but I knew that going in). If you build more four-bedroom family units consider having two bathrooms in each as four-bedrooms can equate to eight people sharing one bathroom.

WiFi was terrible, we had a family emergency and were trying to get home early so this really impacted us. Usually it wouldn't have been an issue and we would have enjoyed being off grid.

We loved it here, as we turned up there were two hippos playing at the watering hole and impalas running around. We very much enjoyed sitting and watching the animals around the water whilst the sun was setting. Food was great (was able to make vegan for evening meal and breakfast, weren't there for lunch). Staff were friendly. The hut was much nicer in person than in the photos and the bed was very comfortable. Getting ready by candlelight for bed and in the morning for our Rhino drive was brilliant. Can't recommend staying here enough!

I was told the left over buffet food was thrown away rather than being offered to staff or local disadvantaged people which feels wasteful. Potentially installation of solar panels on the huts to enable lights and fans would be a worthwhile addition with remaining in keeping with the experience.

Staying within the park gave a unique experience being able to see the animals through out the day but particularly at sun rise and sunset!

A basic Electric soft light for the Bathroom, Room would be the perfect set. The entrance area is fine with the Hurricane Lamps.

Good Breakfast, while viewing White Rhinos, Nyalas, Waterbucks, Springboks, Elephants.
