Dakar might be not such stable during the recent years, but, this is a wonderful and worthy capital I suggest you to visit. So enjoy your stay!

This lovely house is just near the Yoff beach, you can easily take your time every morning and evening to walking alone the beach and enjoy the soft sea breeze and charming sunset. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I knew that Dakar and even the whole country is suffering during this time, but fingers crossed for the people here and the good persons I have met. Thank you so much!

Staff is super helpful. The location is good, right next to a quiet beach. They serve a big breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and two big terraces to relax.

The location was perfect with a view of the beach and ocean from my room. The staff was very kind, and I was thankful for the mosquito net provided in the bedroom. The shower had hot water!

Only minor issue was that our room door handle was awkward to open.

Really good atmosphere with relaxed, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast served either in the garden or indoors. Some simple meals available up until 6.30pm too. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Staff arranged taxi into the city for us (4000 CFA), a trip to Lac Rose and the Village des Tortues for 50,000 and to the airport for 25,000. All very punctual and friendly drivers. Beach is two minutes walk away. Highly recommend as a base for exploring Dakar and also as somewhere reasonably close to the airport.

The lady owner is nice but she still need to learn about how booking.com operates because they have set up to arrival time from 02:00 but in reality they accept guests from 14:00

Matard guy is the best to give you informations and terrace on the rooftop of the building is good

Absolutely everything perfect! Place near the beach, pleasent atmosphere, friendly and trusting stuff. I felt like at home. Owner helped me with suggestions about my trips, and gave support and care, etc. I will come back... peace and love

Dakar is a huge and crazy city and it can take up to one hour to go by taxi to the city.

Second time here. This time in the room with shared bathroom. That room had sea view and it was basic and comfortable. All that at a very reasonable price. Good wifi There is 24 hours somebody at the property. Very close to the beach and it seems to be a safe area also at night Very friendly and helpful staff, they are always there to answer your questions and give assisstance and speak good english Wonderful breakfast which can be served in garden area Close to bus station (Parcelle Depot) for buses to Banjul (Gambia Transport Company or Dem Dikk) , 4 km only Also not too far from Beaux Maraichiers bus station for minibuses to Saint Louis and shared taxis to many places in Senegal. 10 km, usually a quick ride by taxi.

All a bit old, but overall cannot complain. Takes long travel time if one needs to go to Dakar city like port or Place de l'Independance, but that's Dakar. Huge city.

Great location near Yoff beach, many eating options there. Also not far from Gambia Transport bus depot. I really liked Keur Diame auberge. It is very comfortable, clean, right next to Yoff beach, and very accessible to everything (restaurants, markets, public attractions). Matar was very helpful, kind, and professional. He answered all my questions right after my booking and took great care of me. Plus, it's a great value of the deal, momey wise. I recommend it 100%. I'll definitely comeback!

Shops a bit far

Host and staff very helpfull they took care of my senegal to gambia travel arrangements (no comissions involved) located by the beach it's nice to fall asleep hearing the sound of the sea i only stayed two nights and the daily room cleaning was properly done. Most inexpensive hotels just do not do it with such a short stay

When we made a booking, there is air conditioning in the room facility. However what I was surprised is that AC is additional cost when we check in. I found with their help that it was written in the other section of the confirmation page. It looks like very tricky.

Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, helpful with requests (e.g. to get a local sim card). No frills but exactly what was required. Also, not central, but a good location in a quiet/calm neighbourhood, right next to the beach

Though the food was excellent, I almost choked on fishbones one night. Though this is probably more of a personal mistake, I would recommend people be aware that there might be fish bones in their meal.

I arrived at Auberge Keur Diame during a time that Senegal was experiencing a period of significant civil unrest. This meant many facilities in the area - supermarkets, ATMs, etc. - were unavailable. The folks at Auberge Keur Diame were very accommodating of my needs given the situation and the uncertainty they were also under. Not only did they help me out in the circumstances, they also maintained an exceptional standard of cleanliness and cooked some delicious Senegalese meals. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the beach outside the window.

Far away from the city center and the other sights (up to one hour by taxi).

Great and helpful stuff. When I was a bit sceptical how to travel as a solo female, Ruth took the time to explain to me where to travel and how. Everybody of the stuff was very nice. Great location, 300m from the beach. Enclosed quarter, so it's safe. Restaurants close by.

Bathroom (water didn't drain in the shower) Price (expensive for 1 person compared to the value,, but unfortunately that is what I experienced all over Senegal if I compared prices with East and South African countries)

Loved the location, it's next to the beach in Yoff, possible to go and eat some delicious grilled Fish in just 5 mins. Breakfast was very nice with great variety of jam Owner and staff helps in anything
