Wonderful location right up in the old town just under the tower walk. Helpful staff who contacted us well in advance with clear driving instructions, and were watching out for us when we arrived to assist with parking. Beautiful breakfast.

Public parking was full at P6 and P7. A bit complicated to access the hotel's private parking. Also, the beds felt like cots and were a bit uncomfortable. San Marino doesn't have tons to do after dark, so it may be worth overnighting in nearby Rimini instead to save some money.

Fantastic location right next to the entrance gate to the upper Citta. Good breakfast. Comfortable clean rooms. Courtesy umbrellas, which came in very handy given the rainy weather. Staff were lovely and courteous, with good suggestions and a discount card for local sights. Recommended as the ideal place to stay if you want to spend a night in San Marino.

Hotel Rosa is a very nice place in a great location in San Marino! Staff was friendly and helpful. Communication was easy and prompt. We were able to park our car at the property. Our room was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious and offered many options.

Smallish room and bathroom but pretty much what we were expecting. All clean and comfortable. The dressing table could do with a mirror.

The location is amazing and as we were travelling in our own car, the private parking was a real bonus. Great little place, and it has a lift. Mini bar and safe also welcome. Fantastic views from the terrace opposite, definitely recommend.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They secured a parking space for our classic car .A real shame we could only stay one night we will be back !

The hotel is within the ZTL so you need a pass to drive within the walls. Not a big issue just a little awkward as you must first park outside and walk to the hotel (5 mins) to receive a pass.

Not a deal breaker but, as other reviews have also pointed out, the rooms are not very soundproof, meaning you can hear the doors of other rooms down the hallway opening and closing etc., probably not ideal for very light sleepers.

Really nice and clean hotel in a great location. Check-in and check-out without issues and the staff were very friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations for things to do and see. The included breakfast was perfect with a large selection and freshly made beverages. Overall definitely recommend staying here when visiting San Marino.

Room at the top of the hotel, woke up second morning in the clouds, very eery, but fun. Lovely lovely staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great, set you up for all the walking up and down San Marino museums and castles, views were amazing. Park in P6 walk 2 minutes to the hotel collect your permit and drive through the archway turn right to the hotel parking right outside, which was much appreciated. If you want a real Italian meal from an Italian family restaurant you must go to Ritrovo Dei Lavoratori, food and wine were superb, fillet steak melted in your mouth, staff were so friendly, such a reasonably priced establishment for excellent food. Did not rate La Fratta at all, sub standard food and wine was awful, we left half the food and wine. Would definitely stay in Hotel Rosa again, bathroom very small, but excellent shower and everything was spotlessly clean.
