Forced to pay 23% extra for bed linen even though it was included in the price according to the booking.com app. Threatened mafia-style by receptionist to be thrown to the street if I don't pay the linen extra costs. Common showers (for men and women together...) have partially-transparent walls without a door or lock - extremely inappropriate. There's only one toilet for the whole floor. Shower and toilet are not inside the room like stated in the app. Very dirty and dusty - looks like the place hasn't been cleaned for a couple of months.

They didn't reply to my questions. When you find the place, there is no instruction how to actually get accommodated. The phone here rings the reception (there was no one). With the help of some people I got the number of the owner, who gave me the number of the receptionist. So after 15 minutes, she finally came from her room (she had to hear me all the time, so I have no idea why it took her so much time) It was the rudest person working in a hostel I've ever met. To all my questions, she just laughed at. Didn't offer me the discount for the museums, didn't have any recommendations for food or anything else. You have to pay for linens and towel. There is so much random stuff in the common area, but literally no lockers for your personal belongings. There is no hostel vibe whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are not on extremely tight budget.

The location is not great unless you have a car. You can go to San Marino center by bus (which runs every 1h or so) or with the cable car. There is only one bathroom for all rooms. The atmosphere was not that of a hostel with young travelers, most of the guests were not tourists but actually worked and lived there. I would NOT recommend it for solo travelers.

There is a restaurant run by the hostel owners which has cheap food. The bus station is right at the door of the hostel.

Nothing to complain about, just keep in mind that it is the very good Hostel with private rooms available, not a five-star Hotel :)

It is a right choice if you want to spend some nights in San-Marino, however you are on the some budget constraints. The property is located a bit downhill from the main attractions, so some walking or use of public transport (the bus stand is only in a few steps from it) is required but there is undisputable win in price/value category. In my case I booked the private room for very reasonable price, it was sparkling clean with comfy bed. It is possible to use all Hostel facilities as the shared kitchen, public spaces, etc. (even until the evening after the check-out). The big supermarket is located just in few meters from the Hostel. Check-in was smooth, the staff members are very polite and willing to help.

- We were charged extra for bed linens. - The hostel is not clean and it's filled with random weird stuff and clutter (like old toys...) in the common room, reception etc. - we did not have any storage in the 8 bed room - not even a simple locker or a night stand to secure your belongings - we had a bathroom in the room, but the shower didn't work - You need to walk a lot if you want to reach the old town

-The bus stop is really close to the hostel (if you are traveling by bus from Rimini, you can reach the hostel very easily)

It's a big a spacious hostel, close to the bus stop for the Rimini line. Communication with the staff was good and the hostel did not get full, so it was great for resting. The kitchen is really great, fully equiped and spacious. Wifi worked well. There is a supermarket right next to the hostel. Staff is friendly too. I also liked the eco friendly showers (low flow and manual).

BEDBUGS, one shower and one toilet for all 30 dorms. It is not near the historical center. Very dirty and bedbugs. There were a couple reviews about bedbugs but I thought they’d have cleaned everything after the revieuws. They did not, the bedbugs are everywhere, it’s horrible. I have to fly home now (in the middle of my 3 month trip) to get rid of it all. :((

There were bedbugs and when i told them they said it was impossible, and that the bites were older. They weren't, i got them there, and i am very disappointed how they treated me. The showers were dirty and weird. Im sure it was once a very nice hostel, but those days are long gone, id recommend to not go here

Doublebed room was with many bunks, so the room was quite big, but full of beds. We had prive bathroom which is not worth it. Shower is right over the toilet, hot water did not run neither in the evening or night nor in the morning. Window is high so you cannot see outside. Receptionist do not speak english, but they offer you card with discount to the city center.

The showers were just two showers in a single room, so it had no privacy at all. There was also a water pressure issue so rather than a shower it was more like a steady dribble of lukewarm water that was difficult to was in. The toilet, and yes there was only the one, had no seat on it so you have to sit on the ceramic which is an uncomfortable experience. The room was unclean, with dust on the floor so when you put your bag under the bed it would be covered by the next morning. The beds were also very low for the top bunk so I could barely sit up in my bed, and I'm quite a short man. There wasn't a resident common room as far as I'm aware and the outdoor seating area was covered in cigarette ash and ends. I had three nights booked but after one I went to a hotel instead.

It was above a restaurant, so there is cheap and easy food and drink available. The toilet and lobby were cleaned frequently. The staff give you a discount card for the museums and attractions which also works in some restaurants which is great.

The facilities are really bad. Also, it is very far from the center and there was no continuous walkable path from the hostel to the center. I also had to pay an additional 3 euro for the bed linen. There was only one bathroom and toilet for all the guests.

-location is horrible: far away from everything especially the historical center; -there is only one bathroom with a shower in the whole hostel; -you have to pay extra for the linen and towel and if you don't you get a bed with nothing but the mattress; -not every bed has a pillow so you have to ask for that as well at the reception desk; -it's cheaper to stay in a nice hotel in Rimini; -wifi in the room was spotty.

the only way to get to san marino city is by bus. it’s not possible to walk so you have to rely on the bus which is very irregular and on sundays only leaves a couple of times a day. it’s very inconvenient. the place is a bit rundown and the showers aren’t good. there are no power outlets in the room, so you can’t charge your phone. the wifi in the room also didn’t work. also keep in mind that you have to pay 3€ for bedding if you don’t bring your own.

Nice hostel at a very good location (just few meters from a stop of the Rimini - San Marino bus and from a supermarket), close from Città di San Marino. Downstairs in the structure there is a pub/restaurant where you can get a beer or dinner for a very good price. In the hostel, there is a big, spacious and bright room with kitchen and some tables to sit around.
