I regretted paying at the facility because I ended up paying more than expected. Also, the road to the hotel needs fixing.

I like the scenery and the cleanliness. I love the towels.

Internet is spotty, and it's a bit annoying when you end up staying at the bottom of the annex building... but these are all small issues. Overall, it's good value and a reliable place to stay.

I usually stay here when I visit Freetown - it's hard to find a place that's more appealingly located, well kept, and well run in a reasonable price range. The restaurant is also quite good.

I've stayed several times at the Barmoi and I'm consistently pleased with the service. This time I traveled with my family and my children loved the pool and restaurant. Great value place just a short walk from Lumley Beach.

Problem with the credit cards not being accepted by their terminal meant I had to spend 2 hours at a bank organising cash to pay for the stay. This would prevent me taking a return visit.

The hotel had a gym but it wasn't maintained too well. It had two pools but both were out of order at the time.

The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The location and view was exceptional. The hotel had a generator which was used everytime the light went off.

Friendly staff, very clean facility, breakfast not so good. Variety of foods on lunch/dinner menu which were very good. Older hotel furniture could use some updating. Overall our stay was good and the price was affordable.

The rooms were very old looking and the bed was very uncomfortable. They also put me in the wrong room on the first night, so please only book the sea view otherwise you will not enjoy your stay - another guest mentioned they were also put in the wrong room so be wary. The card machine doesn;t seem to work and they don't seem to have a plan on fixing this. I stayed a the hotel at the start of my trip and end of my trip and I experienced the same issue with a mastercard. I also had a friend who stayed 2-3 years prior and mentioned the card issue. Take cash only to pay your hotel bill otherwise you may not be covered by your bank if anything goes wrong

The location was convenient to Beach Road restaurants and clubs. The hotel has two swimming pools. We had some issues with the original room so the hotel put us in a much nicer room which was appreciated. Wifi is free.

Hotel Property could have been checked prior customer checks in, so basics are covered . Room should fit for purpose (lights, AC, water: cold and hot running smoothly, Toilet flushing and fridge & all electrical working .

Internet connectivity is good but becomes unstable at times
