Great for a couple of nights stay if ine is tired of swedish bufet style hotel accommodation. Nice breakfast and teas next door.

I think that some time ago it was much cleaner in rooms. I think this should be improved.

Good lokalization, parking OK, Mamut restaurant next door is excellent in terms of food and atmosfere.

Proper cleaning during stay.

Clean and super spacious apartmens, fully equiped kittchenet, balcony, mountain view. comfortable bed. separated WC. on Christmas season even had the Christmas tree in the room. as we were traveling with elektric car, it was super nice to have free charger in the parking. close to grosery shops, and good restaurant nearby Mamut and Prezo.

exceeded my expectations. despite it being the Christmas season and almost nothing worked in Slovakia (except ski resorts), the hotel staff prepared all needed and provided all the advice for our comfortable stay. located also very convenient to reach the city center and ski resorts by car.

check in was a little challanging, perhaps be a little more effecient and flexible.

The location was really good, shops and entertainement nearby and breakfast was good.

Tv wasn’t working , couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi .. Wi-Fi didn’t work in room but did when we were in corridor or downstairs

Not much. Restaurant (separate building next door) could be better.

Friendly staff, comfy and exceptionally clean. On the outer edge of Poprad which was perfect for me, with free parking. The restaurant next door (part of the chain) is pleasant but the food is just ok. Lidl is a two minute walk is required. Easily access to all the major routes. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find, good parking, helpful receptionist. Large, smart, modern room with comfortable bed. North facing rooms have spectacular view of the mountains. Hotel has no facilities as such but there is a pub next door where the excellent made to order breakfast is served, which also does meals. There’s a popular ice cream shop in the same building. Poprad town centre is a 5 minute walk away with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants.

Not much, probably the only discomfort was breakfast in the pub in the next building but since the weather was OK, it was no trouble at all

Hotel was new or newly repaired. So the room was new, great bed, big shower. The receptionist I was in contact with was a very nice girl who I was able to chat to about everything.

Location is between two busy roads so its not the most quiet and serene place. Breakfast is from 8AM

Bed sheets were clean and smelled nice. Room was well furnished and common areas were clean. Receptionist spoke fluent english.

There is no air conditioning in a hotel. We were during summer when days and nights were hot. Sleeping without air conditioning was uncomfortable. I was surprised such a new hotel does not have it.

Quite new hotel or at least it looks like newly built, so everything is still new and comfortable included bed and room size. Spacious parking lot and very good restaurant in lobby is a very big plus. You can always park a car and have delicious lunch or dinner at restaurant/pub. Location is also very close to city center , but there are not much to do. A lot of shopping centers are walking distance.
