We stayed here after landing at Bratislava airport on a work trip. Our flight was delayed. The bar closed at 10 and we got there at 10.05. We were all hungry but there was not anywhere else to get food or a drink. So we all ate a bag of crips and a diet coke and went to bed. Was a shame as we would have spent good money, It would be good to offer a little bit of out of hours service for food/drink especially if flights are delayed.

The location is a bit difficult to reach if you are not driving in. Involves a bit of walk which can be quite disconcerting with luggage. No toiletries unless you ask for it.

The hotel was well appointed. The receptionist Mr Ahmed was very proactive. Even though the booking had not come through he ushered me to the room and completed formalities later.

Double beds are really small, might aswell get 2x single bed and move them together. There were several stains on the carpet and on the couch.

No benefits given for being Wyndham Rewards Diamond highest reward level. No bananas or healthy drinks during breakfast. Ran out of towels & toilet paper without room service; had to get from front desk. No English channels.

Breakfast kept changing almost every day and not every day there would be boiled eggs nor beans - i had to ask for the Chef to boile me 3 eggs every day - i think most travelers would prefer to have these 2 items every day. There was not an energy plug on bed´s head. Bathroom door when opened would close the space of the toilet - one time i opened the door too hard and try to grab it so it would not hit and my thinger got in between and it hurt a lot! Cleaning can improve. Traffic noise since it is right next to a "highway".

This hotel is perfect, if you need some rest after/or before your flight, because it is close to the airport. I really apreciete 24h reception - you can make check in during night. Room was comfortable and receptionist was very nice and professional person.

Breakfast!!!! Hotel is not prepared to visit big groups. At the breakfast was nothing to eat , not enough place. We have to wait for some meal more than 10 minutes. It is unacceptable. Staff at the restaurant was unprofessional. Meal is bad quality.
