Parking in the area is terrible. Take advantage and reserve a spot in the hotel's underground parking. Note that this is a small lot so you WILL need to book ahead!

As others have said, the photos don't do this place justice. We upgraded our room and had a beautiful little balcony overlooking the old town, yet the room was exceptionally quiet. The free breakfast was a bonus and was quite decent. Separate toilet room and a room with a soaker tub, and a huge room. Great value for the money!

It was very good but the bathtub was a little bit higher and it was sometimes unpleasant when you step out from it. Maybe it could be better, but at all Hotel Slavia was excellent choice!

I like a comfortable room, stuff, parking, breakfast, location ... everything ... The best feeling was when you wake up and walk to the balcony and see the center of Košice!

The only negative was that the elevator wasn’t operating for two days - however, this was a very minor issue.

Beautiful art nouveau building in the ultimate center of the town. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast.

If I had one small problem, it is that at breakfast, there was no fruit. Lots of everything else, eggs bacon pastries but no fruit. But do not let this change your mind about staying here as there is all the fruit you want in cafés just outside the door

Really nice old building right in the centre of Main Street. Great location for everything, including train and bus stations. My room was on the second floor( they do not have a first floor) with a city view. The room was very large and very clean. Very comfortable bed and very quiet even though my window was looking out on Main Street. The bar was very relaxed and the menu was good and good value. The staff were amazing and nothing was trouble to them. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Kosice.

I personally do not consider it a minus, but the windows of the room (bedroom, bathroom) were facing the corridor / atrium. However, the windows could be easily covered with curtains or blinds. If you have food intolerances (lactose, gluten), there were not so many options at breakfast but still I could find something to eat :)

The hotel is in the very heart of the city of kosice, approx. 15 minutes on foot from the train station. Downstairs at the reception were pleasant staff, the room smelled of cleanliness, it was tidy and very cozy. I even had a room with a bathtub, which is another plus. there was a quality hairdryer and cosmetics in the bathroom. the bed was very comfortable (but that's subjective). The room was quiet and I really loved the stay in this hotel. The breakfast was also delicious.

I liked everything.

I liked everything. Hotel is very stylish and comfortable, everything smells amazing, staff is so polite and helpful, location is perfect just next to Opera building, Cathedral, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has a very nice restaurant.

Nothing important to mention here, everything was perfect, far beyond expectations.

Slavia was definitely the best experience I've got from an hotel stay for the last several year and I've travelled in 12-15 countries recently. Great location, clean room, amazing large comfortable beds. Breakfast is 10+, nice selection of foods. The building itself is very clean, nicely decorated. Very large bathrooms, the bath itself is superb. High ceilings (~4.3m) makes you feel in a castle. Closets with plenty of selves with a nice lighting when you open the doors. Great view from the balcony. Nice bar and restaurant on the first floor. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

I like absolutelly everything. The hotel is located right next to the Opera in a historic Art Nouveau building. Magnificent room with an interesting entrance area, exellent breakfast in the beautiful restaurant !

The room was an interior one with a window opening into the atrium. There was no option for 'fresh air' from the outside and thus a little claustrophobic. I would not choose this room again.

It was hard to get out of the bathtub! Plus the water leaked out when showering. Another negative would be the limited TV channels in English. Breakfast was acceptable, but would have been nice to have better coffee.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Everything was very clean and we appreciated the electric kettle for a cup of tea. Perfect location.

I can not fault this property, it’s a bit on the expensive side. But you get exactly what you pay for so it’s not really a fault for me personally.

The elevator was quite slow, we could walk the stairs to 4th floor at the same time as the elevator came up. But it can be used as a good exercise few times a day 😁

The value for money, facility, service and staff were good for a 4 star boutique hotel. Very comfortable and quiet place in the very center of Kosice
