Polyester doona makes me perspire and too hot in summer. Polyester floppy pillow gives no support. Hand held shower nozzle moves around in the holder and sprays in the wrong direction. Better if it were a fixed normal one. No coverage of the French Open on TV. Stairs to reach rooms on 2nd floor and even 3 steps to get into the foyer from the street.

Very close to the bus stop at the center. We came to Bratislava by bus from Vienna. Very close to the old town. Super helpful staff. Clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We could leave our luggage in the morning and enjoy the city before the next part of our trip. It was a perfect choice.

Although the breakfast on the weekend was great, there were limited options on the weekdays and it looked like some of the food had been sitting out for awhile.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was great, close to the Vienna airport bus and the old town, with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops within a few minutes walk. All of the staff were helpful and friendly.

Nothing, maybe that when solo travelling they give you a single room instead of a double but that's just a preference

The location it's perfect, travelling by myself I wanted to be in the city centre and everything was super close, just a few minutes walk. The room was really clean when I arrived and then when the cleaners went. Staff super helpful and I felt safe at all times.

Breakfast could be improved. I wouldn’t recommend buffet style and have fresh eggs served upon request. As food were cold and not taste good. Or serve local breakfast.

Lovely charming old traditional guest house in middle of Old town of Bratislava. So close to many of the tourists sites all within walking distance. And great parking for those on the Donau Bike tours in their courtyard.

The matress, although quite comfortable, had a downward slope on the outside.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the city centre and in a safe area. Our triple room was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Luggage storage is a plus.

Bratislava is a nice place, well worth several days. The hotel is perfectly placed on the edge of the old town and close to Donau. It's also a very nice old style building with nicely fitted rooms. And best of all, the personal was wonderful!

Asked the hotel to book a taxi in advance from the airport, thinking it would be more reliable and cheaper having been warned about hailing a cab. We ended up paying over twice the price they quoted, but they did nothing. Got lots of help with Bolt app for taxi on departure, however. Paid 6€ compared to 40€ 😃

The BlueBell is perfectly located between the river and the old town, and with quick train station access with a short ride on the #1 tram. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and mattress was the best we’ve had so far on a multi-city European trip. Excellent value. Can highly recommend

There was air conditioning in the room but no control for it so couldn’t turn it on - didn’t ask at reception, perhaps you have to beg for the control for it. Opened the window instead and turned down the radiator which helped but it was pretty noisy outside during the night.
