It's hard to find anything that I did not like because everything was super nice, but a coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

The hotel is located in the central part of the city with an amazing view of the surrounding hills. The personnel was very kind and accommodating. During the booking I booked the room for one child but we ended up travelling with two and it was not an issue, we got extra bedding in a few minutes. Most places in the city is within a walking distance, the room is spacious and clean. I would and probably will come back!

Really nice hotel, in a refurbished little palace, with a lot of charm. Very comfortable and nicely decorated place in a very good taste. Also, there is a very nice terrace with a view over the city and a small garden in the rear. The restaurant offers chef-quality treats at a very fair price. Finally, the kind of service you find in a 5-star hotel, where the staff is extremely devoted to providing very professional service and making you feel very welcome. All in a very inviting price, which must come from the fact the hotel just opened recently.

No courtains on window in bathroom. Complicated entry in the bathtub. Small reserves of toillet paper in bathroom. No marks of pittfalls on the access road.

The gluten-free rolls were a little hard but the staff gladly replaced them with a salad. In general though the food was great.

The staff were really nice and open to meet our needs. The possibility to use a sauna next door was great.

There is no elevator in the building and quite a few steps also outside. The mattress was not so comfortable.

Great location, very close the the city center. Excellent a la carte breakfast and nice and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel has private parking, which is a great plus.

The hotel is small but amazing. Great location in the town center. Room was clean, the place has beautifully arranged interior, cozy and elegant. The garden is also amazing with an old castle view. Although it's town center it was quiet and peaceful. The food (breakfast and dinner) at the restaurant was excellent. My experience with staff was great. They were caring, mindful and responsive to my needs. This all was a reason I decided to extend my stay at this property

The best hotel in the city. It was perfect. Everything is of good quality better than many five star hotels.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room was cosy, tasteful, spacious and comfortable. It's equipped with everything you could possibly need and even more. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable. We loved the designer rotating red armchairs- we wanted to take them home 🥰🥰 The bathroom also nice, clean and has enough storage space,hangers and amenities. Location and wiew are amazing and you are only few minutes walk from the main street. Our room was without air conditioning (studio room 5) but we didn't need it, even tought it was 34 degrees Celsius outside at daytime. At night it was pleasantly cool with a nice breeze with all the windows open. The night is quiet.There were no mosquitoes. The garden spacious, cozy with modern furniture and with nice flowers.🪻🌷🪻 The parking lot is behind the building as the building is centrally located. When you drive to the parking area you must keep always on the right from the front of the hotel and watch until you can see the sign Pod Klopackou. There are enough spaces above and below wich are connected by a short steep slope. On the below a little bit tighter with a large car, but not a big problem.🚘🚘 The staff is kind and helpful. Special thanks to Michael ❤️❤️ who made our morning wonderful with his smile, kindness, cherfullness and proffessional attitude. Thanks Michael, you are a treasure of this hotel. We will definately come back, it was an unforgettable expirience.

An amazing place in an amazing town. Views of the town from the restaurant's terrace are amazing. The building is well-renovated and the staff is very helpful. Food is decent too but you have plenty of options literally withing 2 minutes of walking.
