I was dissatisfied with my stay. After the first night, I requested a different room facing the river because the original room was extremely noisy. Throughout the night, the sound of trains, cars, and other noises constantly disturbed us, making it impossible to rest or sleep. I asked the staff the next day for a room change. Following about a half-hour of complaints, we were relocated to a much quieter room. Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that the vast, spacious sauna advertised on Booking.com as part of the hotel's amenities actually belonged to another hotel and was available at an additional daily fee of 22 Euros. This was misleading, and furthermore, the sauna was not directly accessible through our building. When I inquired about using any available sauna within the thermal spa area of our hotel, I was told it would also cost 22 Euros per day, which I found unreasonable. At the thermal spa bar, I attempted to purchase a drink, but the staff member told me it was not possible without the paper holder given at check-in for storing cards. I questioned why I couldn't verify my guest status with the hotel room card or the thermal spa entry card. They still refused to let me buy a drink. I suggested paying with a bank card instead, but was told that too was not possible. I've never encountered such a situation anywhere else—it was absurd. I complained at the reception, but received no satisfactory explanation. Unfortunately, the actions of a few staff members can significantly mar the experience of a relaxing family holiday. Unfortunately, the wellness area is not as good.

The hotel room was very spacious. The view was beautiful, as it overlooked the hillside towards the city. It is situated in a very beautiful environment, offering wonderful opportunities for hiking. The hotel is modern and beautiful. Both breakfast and lunch are plentiful and varied.

It was way too crowded with non hotel guests, people were coming with food and little fridges from the outside of the hotel, it was barely impossible to find a free chair at the pool area.

It's a hotel with the nice wellness. The staff is kind. It's more suitable if you have very small kids.

An absolutely fabulous hotel. Spotless, immaculate and no expense spared. The wellness spa treatments are fantastic. We really enjoyed the great selection of food for breakfast and dinner, bar for wine after dinner and the mini klub for children. The swimming pools and slides are excellent. We will come again and wish everyone at Thermana Laško a full restoration after the August floods.

The first impression was good but it was ruined soon by small details (like scratched bathtub, overheating hairdryer or ventilation in the bathroom causing beating sounds when AC was on) - AC in the hotel room was really bad. It was insufficient and the room was very hot. The humidity in the room was hardly bearable, especially during nights. - There were way too dusty plaids on beds. At the moment we moved, dust started flying everywhere, we had to remove the plaids immediately. The level of dust decreased after that but it stayed irritating. - We paid HB so it was ridiculous when we found out that we have to pay for non-alcoholic drinks for an evening dinner (drinks were included only for a breakfast). - I think a public presentation of the hotel creates big expectations. It is a decent hotel with a good service but certainly not a unique experience provider.

The thermal spa complex is excellent! Ideal for families. - Wide range of food so everyone can choose. Beautiful desserts!

Hidden expenses which we were not told about, like drink waiter service during dinner, also we were charged for garage. Matrasses could be more comfortable.

Pool area exceptional, lots of things to do, lots of animators. Breakfast and Dinner with many choices and plenty of everything. Staff very professional and kind. Beautiful surroundings around the hotel.

At the reception, they explain everything to you and answer all your questions, the rooms are modernly decorated and clean. They have many pools where everyone can find a place... in short, the whole hotel is beautifully and modernly decorated. Worth a visit.

When we came into the room, the floor was very dusty (we took some paper towels and cleaned it ourselves, otherwise I wouldn't want to walk barefoot. I don't understand why pools open only at 10AM. For hotel guests, they could open them at least an hour earlier, so you can swim in peace without piles of daily visitors and school groups.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The provided bathrobes were a nice touch, along with the basket for your towels. For a small fee, they made a whole menu with different dietary restrictions for dinner, which was great.

All whirlpools are not working properly, so you have to walk arround and search for the functional one; and if the hotel has been advertised for those purposes, it should be perfectly working - all of them. A hair dryer in the room has never been cleaned and looks awful. Hair dryers on the exit of pool area are in better condition. Hosekeeping is knocking on your room doors and entering in your room even when you put "Do not disturb" sign (after 16h). Ladies who are working in the restaurant (female waiters - young ones) have extremely long artificial nails, which is absolutely not adequate for their working position.

Perfect location surrounded by the nature. Wonderful view. Comfortable rooms, very clean. Lovely indoor pools for nice spa experience. Elevator which is taking you from your floor directly to the Thermal Center, was very close to our room. Quite variety of food offer for breakfast and dinner. Lasko is small lovely place. There are four supermarkets very close to the property.

The opening hours of the pool at 10am is way too late. The best is to swim before the breakfast, which you can’t. The staff at breakfast and dinner look tired of everything, no energy at all. We tried to get some sunny-side-up eggs or omelette any morning, but didn’t succeed. We had a room located next to main road and railway - very busy day and night. So, if you come to rest and relax, then maybe this is not the best choice.
