Rooms and hotel are very cute. Self check in procedure extremely easy and supported by an always available staff. Loved the breakfast! Parking inside the closed property has easy access from the city. Position is perfect if you are looking to be in the town center. Thermal then are not very far anyway.

The bed frame unfortunately wasn't fitted well. It has a dent in the middle, which was not very comfortable to sleep in. I think it can be fixed easily, hence writing it here, so that the owners know.

The hotel is in the center of Lasko. It has a secured car parking. The room was good size and comfortable. The A/C was a life saver as the heat wave was in the full blow at the time. The hotel is quirky, but I suppose that is what made it label a "Boutique". So if you don't like old dolls on display and lots of fake flower arrangements, then it is not for you. But we find it endearing. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. They had freshly baked bread, homemade jams and selection of fresh yogurts, amongst lots of other usual type of breakfast food. The owners were lovely.

wifi is not stable, keep in mind if you need to work at a computer. on the weekend we did not find restaurants within walking distance. Shampoo/soap in the shower is badly lathered, it was inconvenient to wash your hair. the dispenser is rigid - soap splashes got into my eyes :(

entering the room, you seem to find yourself in the house of the poet. interesting to look at the design elements. only books were missing:) the room is very spacious, clean, comfortable, you won't get tired if you stay for week and more. I slept well. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - a modest buffet. usually in such hotels there is no choice of food. Supermarket just opposite hotel. Not far to the Terme.

Owner waited for us (to do an early check in) for more than hour after our train was late and we missed the connection up to Lasko. Hotel is an 8 minute walk from the station. He also insisted on carrying my bags upstairs. Breakfast was good. There was a kettle in the room which was clean and quiet. Owner recommended a good restaurant for when we came out of the terme. The hotel is able to get you a 20% discount on tickets for the terme and sauna.

Light shielding at windows is mounted in a bizzarre way, since it covers only the upper part of the window and it can be used only by a veeeery tall person.

The hotel was so quaint and charming. So much detail to ensure a most pleasant and memorable stay. Room was spotlessly clean, bed was so comfortable and bathroom was everything needed with a great shower. The Continental breakfast was another highlight, beautifully presented and once again so much effort and detail with presentation. The owners were most welcoming, friendly and helpful.

the selection of teas in the room is beyond poor, there was calc in the kettle, the amenities leave a bit to be desired given the price

Information about the arrival. I didn’t know the day of my arrival was a national holiday and literally everything was closed. It would be better sending the information about the check in procedures in advance to be prepared.

We love everything about the place! from the time you step in you can feel the warm welcome and generosity of the owners. This lovely hotel is run by a very dedicated couple. Both went over the top to make sure we had the best stay ever and we did. Ae had the honor to be served a 3 delicious and generous 3 course home cooked meal for diner. Our children loved it, it was fantastic Slovenian cuisine and the service was done with care and attention, sitting in the dining room with lovely music in the background! The stayed in the apartment with high ceiling, facing the street and it was vey quiet, very clean, warm, great bedding and a charming tea set was very well appreciated. The 5 of us were pretty happy and could not asked for better but we did get even more. wait until you go for their breakfast! we are crossing many countries at the moment and we never had such a beautiful breakfast. The setting is so charming, home style but very professional at the same time! As soon as we entered the cute room where the buffet was literally waiting for us to dive in, you could tell how much care and effort the couple dedicate to their guests! It was stylish, very well presented and so generous! The choices were overwhelming , the children did not where to start, there was so much to eat, try and discover! The highlight for them were the tiny Slovenian pancakes! I loved the details and the choices of local food to try. I never rate so much in my life! The coffee and tea corner is very charming. Great coffee and choices of tea. The owners have a great sens of hospitality and would do their best to please you wherever you come from. If you want to have a flavor of Slovenian hospitality and food, you will leave this place with great memories!

this is not a modern building so perhaps I just would not recommend it for those who prefer modern and less folkloric buildings and facilities.

it is a delightful little hotel in a quiet and comfortable area. very nice and helpful, great breakfast. The hotel is very particular, with many well-kept and pleasant decorative details. we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it
