I couldn't find the way to pay directly ahead of time via booking.com. That was the only inconvenience for me.

Every detail was perfect. I have booked for my parents and they were very happy with the staff who have handled their situation very professionally. This place is excellent for people who have difficulty walking. Everything seems to be smooth there.

The lack of toiletries. In a double there were one mini bar of soap and one mini bottle of all purposes shower gel for each occupant. No way you can wash your hair after you've showered in the morning. At a spa, you kind of need shampoo. I It is a bit in the middle of nowhere.

Spacious and clean rooms, complimentary bath towel for the pool. Helpful reception staff. The pools are overall amazing.

Sauna world was out of order during our stay and this information is available only on the Slovenian language website so we only discovered it upon check-in. We tried booking spa procedures before our arrival but received no reply. When booking in person we managed to secure only a few of them.

Breakfast and dinner offer was really great, we also enjoyed the bar in the lobby. Both the outdoor and indoor swimming areas were nice and not too crowded. We were upgraded for free to an extra large room - although this was in another building (connected by an indoor bridge), around 50+ meters away, but we didn't mind (although it could be an issue for people with mobility problems and we were not informed about the upgrade when checking-in).

Hotel Vivat offers comfortable, clean and spacious hotel rooms with daily access to their wonderful spa facilities. Pool access is complementary. They also offer covered parking for their hotel guests. The reception staff is extremely nice and professional.

The hotel is beautiful, pools are clean. There is an olymic pool where you can swim up and down. The centre of the town with restaurants, a shop and a pharmacy is in walking distance.

A complicated system with cards-keys, each for parking, room and pool. At the beginning cards didn’t worked. Other welness and spas in the area with more easy system. A very nervous young lady at the spa counter for the towels. The room has a carpet-why? And the furniture has an old and used vibe.

Loved the welcome wet towels at the reception for refreshing. During winter: two lovely pools outside, one with hot water.

Staff in the hotel bar/restaurant. Didn't even bother to come out to terrace to take the order. There were dead wasps on the floor of the room, minibar fridge was warm (not wirking) and had bad smell.

Spacious apartment, big terrace, all room amenities. Moderate prices at caffe and restaurant. Organised hotel with lot of water activities, spas and variety of body treatments. If you are looking for a complete spa, hotel Vivat is a great place. One of the highlights is certainly the breakfast. Almost everything you can think of is served. No complains worth to be written here, , I am really satisfied with my weekend at Vivat.

they didnt have english breakfast tea. but no problem I always carry my own.

breakfast was superb, lots of everything , chef cooking fresh eggs any style, also pancakes, lots of fresh fruit, cereals, meats and cheeses. great room, spa was brilliant, staff friendly and helpfull, all speaking english. I had a fantastic thai massage, free parking. I will now be disapointed with many other hotels. Slovinia is a great place to visit.

There are constructopn work on building and also was on the balcony of my room. On front of balcony there was garbage, and it makes the atmosphere every bad. We book and paid the fool price. Wen we complained, we reviewed free entrance in sauna (one entrance). Hotel suff said that is out of their hands ,that Bookin automatically book free room. We felt unsatisfied.

The hotel staff are very strict.. not much english except for the reception. The hotel design is very confusing. Pillows are very uncomfortable.

The room temperature is very high, thermostat do not work properly. the bed fittings (pillows) are very uncomfy

The staff at the reception, at 7:15am on Sunday, lack all kind of soft skills and service orientation.

Temperature in room was 26,7°C and could not be lowered at all. This is unacceptable as I couldn't sleep all night and extremely oversized compact pillows didn't help either. No glass of any kind in room so you can't even drink a glass of water. No food in hotel after 6pm, bar is open until 10pm but they won't serve you 15 minutes before 10 even if lobby does not psyhically close. Staff is too self oriented.
