Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CroatiaIt would be more convenient if you could put massage cost on your room, so you don't have to bring any money with you and pay immediatelly there. The older waitress with short hair should be nicer and more polite, and a smile or simple "thank you" doesn't cost a thing. The location is next to the train station, but none the less, it wasn't noisy or dirty.
Lovely small hotel with amazing spa, great saunas and resting areas. Staff was very kind and helpfull, except an older lady waitress at dinner/breakfast, she was always almost rude. Food was nice.

Great place to relax, very vlean, staff was really friendly and helpful. There is nice restaurant, 1 min from the hotel, not to expensive and with great service and food. The room was amazing!

We've stayed in the area many times before, at that larger complex down the road, which has poor reviews. We love the area and needed an alternative. Paradiso Hotel did not disappoint. The room was fantastic with a large balcony. The thermal pools were great and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend the restaurant across the car park.
