Two single duvets as opposed to one double duvet- it wasn't an issue but was unexpected.

Unfortunately, due to roadworks which caused a massive traffic jam , we were unable to turn into the hotel and were forced to drive on quite a way before queuing on the other side of the road in order to return. This was NOT the hotel’s fault.

The most beautiful location. All the staff were so welcoming from the moment we turned into the car park. Our room had a lovely view of the lake. The two complimentary glasses of sparkling wine before our meal was a lovely gesture.

This was the best stay of our trip by far! Such a gorgeous hotel, immaculate, newly renovated, super comfy beds and lovely shower. Looks right onto the lake. We were so sad we couldn’t stay another night. The breakfast was amazing as well! Everything you’d need.

Location and breakfast fabulous. Had dinner there (not planned) and it was wonderful. Hired the electric bikes from hotel the next day and had a magical time cycling the lakes. Helpful staff.

Location is amazing with great views of the castle and island - arguably a better view than in Bled centre. Restaurant as part of the hotel good too.

- At the moment we stayed there (May 2024) was construction further up the road which caused some traffic jams in front of the hotel. Not the hotel's fault and noise insulation was excellent so not a big deal.

- The breakfast was exceptional every day with fresh bread, fruit, juice and even mimosa on some days - Location was very convenient as the coach to and from Ljubljana stops right in front of the hotel - Right in front of the lake, which meant you had a beautiful view and easy access to everything - Air Conditioning worked very well - Staff at reception very friendly and helpful - The Hotel restaurant is excellent, we ended up eating there twice - Bike rental possible from the hotel - Very good noise insulation so despite being next to the road you couldn't hear the traffic

The only thing that keeps me from providing a perfect rating is the size of the shower. Overall the bathroom and its amenities were great, but the size of the shower made it a bit awkward. Don't let that dissuade you from staying at a great place, just know that if you are 200+ it will be a tight fit.

Beautiful location, easy walk to downtown Bled without the hassle of being downtown. The hotel was very clean, the staff was super helpful, and the food was good.

Busy right outside as it is a bus stop for coaches, noisy when windows were open but triple glazing blocked all the sound when windows were closed so not an issue!

The beds were not very comfortable - for a double bed, two sort of futons are pushed together with a double mattress topper on top which was thin and hard. They also do not provide double duvets so if you are staying as a couple, it is a bit off to be sleeping quite apart from each other. Although, after saying this to the staff, they did add two more mattresses on top which made bed comfier. The hotel is very beautiful and quiet but it is a little way out from town centre - about 20 minutes walk.

The hotel was a beautiful boutique hotel on the lake and we had a lovely view from our room. The breakfast was delicious - hot, cold and fresh fruit and pastries. Managed to get a late checkout until 12.30 too which was really helpful.

The only drawback was that the WiFi supplied by the hotel dropped out as soon as you left the main reception area to go upstairs. Not the end of the world at all but a tad inconvenient when trying to look up things in the room to plan the next day.

The location was absolutely perfect - right on the lake but slightly away from the main town of Bled. The room itself was lovely, a reasonable size (not big but not small) and had a view of the lake. The staff were really helpful and informative, and the food at the restaurant and at breakfast was very good.

Everything was fine.

Breakfast was delicious, location is extra, room was well decorated and clear and tidy. Bathroom elegant. Parking facilities are good. Restaurant is fine, good food, nice variety of beers and wines.
