The breakfast is a typical buffet style with lots of cheese and meat options which is typical for the region but not really my taste. For a one-night stay it didn't matter much so I just skipped breakfast to leave early.

This was my second time staying at this place. It is very conveniently located near (but not too near) the motorway and it is easy to find. It has a good restaurant with a variety of vegetarian options and excellent pizza. The place is quiet and the rooms are pleasant with a comfortable bed.

I booked a room for one night as an overnight stay on my trip. I notified the hotel I will be arriving very late and it was not an issue. They sent me instructions per mail on how to enter. But since I didn't have the chance to check my mails I didn't know that and called. Even though it was past midnight they answered and were very nice and helpful. The interior is modern and new, and very clean. Relatively large room. Excellent value for money. Not far from the highway, yet tucked away and very quiet. I will definitely book here again in my future trips in the area.

The rooms are not maintained properly. The shower sink was nearly clogged, the toilet seat is showing clear signs of years of usage of aggressive cleaning chemistry. The hotel needs a better housekeeper.

Very disappointed with the host and the staff. Long story short, WIFI didn not work on any of our devices and the hosts couldn't care more, beause it worked on his. I was CHARGED extra for a breakfast that I was (apparently wrongly) informed it is included in the price. The wifi didn't work when we arrived in our room late at evening, so I messaged the host and he said it should work, but it didn't work on any of our devices, so we asked him to restart the router, as we needed the wifi to download our maps and plan our route ahead to Spain. He said that the router is closed now and they will restart in the morning. In the morning the wifi still didn't work. My friend received some hotspot from one of the staff when she went downstairs to ask if they had restarted the router. The wifi was not working on any of our three different phones, our two tablets or my laptop, so I doubt that all of them were faulty. The owner showed us that the wifi was working on his phone and that was it. When I went to check out, the staff asked me if I want breafast. I asked if it is included and she said YES. So I took two coffees and two tiny croissants and left. Next day I notices that when I paid for the room I was charged more. I tried to message the host on my Booking app and it didn't work, so I messaged him on the whatsapp and he did not reply. I messaged him again after two days, and no reply, although the messages have been seen. I contacted him on Booking from my laptop a few days later, no reply. He replied today, 10 days later, saying that I was offered hotspot by the staff, offered apologies which never even happened, and I had breakfast and it is very incorect of me (not sure exactly what is incorect). The staff did offer hotspot to me too when I was checking out, but needless to say that wasn't helpful when I had all my bags loaded and the dog anxiously waiting in a car full of bags and ready to go.

They are pet friendly (we have a small breed dog) Close to the highway so we didn't have to go too much off route for our travel They have a place where you can park your car (just 2-3 cars fit, but we were the only ones there) Room was clean and had carpet on the floor, which was a plus for us because our dogs slips on tiles or wooden floors Cute area to walk the dog around before departure or upon arrival.

1. We booked for a 2 bed which they gave us a double bed. 2. The air-conditioning of the room was blowing warm air which we reported twice but the available person at the reception did not bother to solve it so we opened the window throughout the night and a lot of flies and butterflies and mosquitos bothered us throughout the night. 3. No remote control also was available in the room even though we asked and he did not provide it for us so I had to use the chair to turn off the air-conditioner in the middle of the night. 4. The shower was leaking so the bathroom floor (and no slippers available) was wet the whole time and we had to cover it with tissue layers on top of each other. 5. We checked in with student card and he did not ask for any other ID card and for checkout when we asked for a receipt, firstly they asked for extra money for the receipt which we did not budge and secondly, they gave a printed receipt for just the last day and not the whole period because we did not check in with another ID card. 6. No WiFi available

The location was close to the train station which made it very convenient to reach. We asked to check out at 2 pm instead of 11 am and they accepted.

Very pleasant hotel before Ljubliana in a quiet town (beware of church bells though, they can play serenades all night long). Cosy, comfy, clean and modern rooms with a nice restaurant serving big portions of tasty food and good local beer. Very helpful and nice staff.
