Breakfast was continental. On the other hand, we got enough food and drinks and we were satisfied with breakfast. I write this because some people prefer bufet breakfast

The location near the mountains and lake Jasna was perfect. The staff was truly amazing (thank you Nikola for making us discover the olive oils). Bedrooms are nice and comfortable.

The Pool was closed (no information beforehand) Parking costs € 5. There were about 20-30 parking spots, 5 of them taken. Why charge extra for that? Even for a motorcycle?

In winter, the location can be tricky since it is 7 min walk to ski area (hard to walk from hotel to ski area in ski boots). But in summer, the location is not a problem since it is very close to lake Jasna.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They had ski room to keep skis and boots warm. Breakfast and Sauna were great!

In the hotel are architectural failure in the building visible. Lets start with the shower, the water tabs are at the opposite side, where the glass window is to have a dry room whilst showering. Thus, makes it impossible to have a right shower. The shower hose is stretched to the maximum, the water goes somewhere else. But not to the person.

The most. We come to the reception. They already had everything prepared. Gave us the feeling to be at home. In the room a personal welcome letter rounded everything to a very good welcome experience.

It is great that there is plan milk, jam, fruit and cereals, but It would be great to get some more salty vegan food for breakfast, for example tofu and some vegan spread.

Room heating was hard to control (too hot) and we had to open a window- in December - which didn’t seem very environmentally friendly

Location - 5 mins walk (max 8?) to slopes and old town and Jesna lake in the other direction. Amazing view of snowy mountains. Friendly enthusiast staff (made our 10 year old son a toasted sandwich and fries when we arrived late and kitchen staff was closed). Lockers for snow boots etc which was handy. Spa facilities looked good but we didn’t use … Lots of choices for breakfast.

Great hospitality - the ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were also nice. We could resolve some smaller issues with the restaurant bills with mutual respect - I really liked this attitude!

The bed was one of the stiffest in my life. you can feel the springs through it - it was actualy hard to sleep in.

The pool was unavailable as it was under renovation which should be finished by the end of 2023.

Our standard room was spacious with a lovely balcony and view of the mountains. Bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom had a nice large bathtub. Location is great as you can quickly reach the town or walk to Lake Jasna. Hotel staff was very polite.

WiFi didn’t work in the hotel rooms, we asked if that’s possible to fix it, but they never tried I guess. So the only way to connect was to go to the reception.
