Even though most of the staff members were very good to us, there was one particular man who was unpleasant and unprofessional. After a couple of exchanges with him we felt like we were at a market and not in a 4-star hotel. Also when we wanted our room cleaned the next day and left the “please clean our room” sign, even though the cleaning staff was right next to our room when we left, the room was never cleaned. The room was not very spacious, even though it’s stated that the rooms are 20 or more squared meters, the most of the space goes to the bathroom which is maybe bigger than it should be. The beds and pillows are too soft for my liking. All in all, we expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel.

Great location in beautiful Kranjska Gora. Most of the staff members were kind and professional. Lots of parking spaces. The room was clean. Breakfast was great with lots of options.

Rooms are nice, big and clean, but feel a little outdated. The pillows were too soft. Breakfast and dinner have small variety, but the food was very tasty.

They gave us a big room on a ground floor which was very nice because we travelled with our dog. The staff was very nice, swimming pool is nice for rainy days. Location is great, whole area is very nicely maintained and super nice for walks at any time of day. Area is quiet and super to ‘disconnect’!

Swimming pool requires renovation. What is more bathrobe costs 5euro. Also sauna requires extra fee but no one knows how much - no sign or sth like that. Rooms arę quite big but bathroom also requires some refreshing.

Hotel provides great breakfast and internal swimming pool. Staff is polite and helpful. Location is perfect.

Needed to pay extra for sauna which was a bit strange. When we asked about a taxi, we were given a number instead of arranging one for us which would be more customary.

Location was fantastic, nice breakfast and dinner buffet. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the pool, water very pleasant and warm.

We had to pay 5 euros to use the bathrobes (the other option was to use the same towel we use to shower) to go to the pool. Besides, I was expecting a bit more of the pool for a 4 starts hotel. Also, they gave us two very small blankets, which for a couple was not ideal.

Location is perfect, a few steps from the ski center. Hotel is nice and the room was very big. Breakfast was ok, but dinner was super nice.

Very close to ski slopes. Good breakfast. Spacious rooms. Good gym and pool. Location close to Italy and Austria. We drove to Venice for the day and went skiing in Austria, Gerlitzen where they had loads of snow (40 minutes away)

There was a bit of street noise from the main A road but no noise audible from the town or from within, despite the hotel being rather busy

This is a fairly big hotel in Kranjska Gora. The room was a really good size and the beds comfy. There was storage for our bikes and a nice bar downstairs. Breakfast was good
