FANTASTIC! Great remote location with a mountain view, spacious parking and peaceful park area for long walks. Recently renovated rooms, small but modern and super comfortable. Extremely friendly staff everywhere, wide choice of breakfast (including, fruits, desserts, local meats and cheeses). Last but not least, SPA area has the next level premises even compared to Kempinski level of hotels. Must-stay when in Slovenia!

The 3-hour limit in the SPA is included in your hotel stay. Sometimes I would like to enjoy it for more time but the price for extending the time you spend in the SPA sounds a bit expensive.

The breakfast has a wide variety of food, fresh vegetables and fruits. Even vegetarians can enjoy the food there. The served foods live up to the number of stars for this hotel. The staff is professional and 100% helpful even with the smallest requests. The surroundings are peaceful, it was a pleasure to spend a weekend here.

The hotel and its staff were incredible. My family and I had a perfect stay, and everything was amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. From the restaurant (delicious food) to the wellness and the park, everything was amazing. We’ll definitely be returning. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There could have been more gluten-free options on the dinner menu. Yes, the menus are clearly marked with the allergen codes, but no one seems to have checked that people with a specific set of allergies can find something other than salad to order. And, I know, the person with the allergy can always ask. But that person would prefer not to have to ask but just to point and order like everyone else.

One of the best breakfast buffets going (as just one example, venison ham). Also, the Sauna experience was exceptional. This was so much more than just a heated room.

I usually prefer non-carpet rooms but this hotel with carpet rooms felt very warm and comforting.

The entire experience of staying at Brdo was phenomenal. The rooms were perfectly outfitted with amazing lighting, bedding, and any other necessities, our room was immaculately cleaned and smelt amazing, as did the rest of the hotel. The climate control in the room worked well, the view from the room was stunning. The Wellness Spa center was a huge highlight of our stay, one of the most amazing spas I have ever seen in my life. The breakfast buffet was incredibly well done with many options, and plenty of fruit + plant based milks for vegans (alongside other nice vegetables, bread, cereal options). The location of the property is perfect with plenty to explore on the estate, surrounding area (mountains, restaurants, waterfalls, churches). The Brdo estate itself is the best kept estate I have ever encountered, very impressed. The gift shop had the most amazing items to choose from too! We also liked that the hotel was dog friendly! A+++

If you are looking for a quiet vacation the Hotel Brdo is perfect for you. It is surrounded by a giant park with horses, golf fields, walkways through forest etc

The room that we got via Booking was on the ground floor. We just stayed for one night so it was not a big deal, as a group of teenagers were staying next to us and making some noise, If if had stayed for 2+ nights I would have asked for a change because the group also because the room was facing to the bar terrace.

The location is remote from the suburban area, but that is its beauty, next to BRDO Castle and a forest. Wellness is exceptional, but some coupőles complained that there is no swimming pool. The pool is under construction outside, and most probably it will be ready for summer. The breakfast included one of the most varied ones that I have seen. Excellent place and staff.
