The mattress was too soft (for me) but ok I managed to sleep very well in the calm environment which reminded me of my home surrounded by mountains.

First and foremost, the hostess / owner Barbara is so warm and helpful. You feel at home. The location is beautiful and very close to the main bus stop and walking distance to the Parish, the Castle and the Lake. I especially appreciated the room I got with amazing view, natural light, morning Sun and views. The wooden balcony is very cute to enjoy your morning breakfast / afternoon tea :).

The owner of this hostel was lovely and helpful. On arrival she gives you lots of tips on what to do in the area. A very social atmosphere. Well equipped kitchen. The balcony is nice to sit on and has nice views. Well located property. Not many people per dorm room.

The hostel was even better than I expected, the kitchen and the balcony (with a cute view) were really calm and comfortable. And we are just 3 or 4 people in one room, which made my trip even more comfortable. Plus, it is really close to Bled lake, the church and the city center so everything was accessible by foot. It is even possible to walk to Vintgar Gorge (45mn walk).

Only one minor thing to improve, the shower was hand held option only and it would have been nice if you could hang it somewhere.as I said, this was minor. 9 star because on my last night there were people in the kitchen, tight outside my room and so I couldn't sleep until 1am

I arrived way too early and Barbara was amazing and very accommodating. She is also very knowledgeable and was happy to share about the region. The bed was comfortable and the location perfect both for visiting the lake and the gorge.

Really nice location! The host is absolutely wonderful and was very kind. The beds were clean, and there were plenty of plugs available. The kitchen area was so nice, and being able to sit out on the balcony to eat was a bonus.

Nice, quiet and cosy. It was like living in someone’s home. Good location, everywhere is walkable with bus station, supermarket, restaurants and Bled Castle nearby.

The room was not very well heated, was cold over the night.

Cheap room, good location in oldtown Bled. Free parking in courtyard. Overall a good choice for the money spent, as we were three travelers on working trip.

Everything what Hostel's owners could do to make this place great - is done. The only problem there were other guests who unfortunately had problems with keeping bathroom clean which was disgusting but this isn't something which we could complain to owners because it wasn't their fault. Their clean when they can and it was ok.

We stayed there for 7 nights and had whole room for us two and it was a big plus. Hostel is in great location, staff is very nice, kitchen has everything what is needed. I really recommend this place!
