Nothing is either really good or really bad, but all could be a little bit better. The room where I stayed was functionnal but no more than the strict minimum, no décoration nothing. The walls needed a good coat of paint. The bathroom is alright but the shower doesn't offer much privacy. It is a good place for one or two nights tops.

Easy check in at the restaurant downstairs. Nice view on the restaurants terrasse. Breakfast is alright. The location could not be better, right in the city center.

Only issue was that the double bed was pretty hard if you have a bad back - however there are 2 sets of bunk beds in the room, so could easily have swapped into one them where my kids were sleeping!

The location could not be any better - right off the main square in the old town. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful - he even managed to find us a parking space for our car (there is virtually no parking up in the old town). We had their only family room with a private bathroom. It was disconnected from the main part of their hostel and was a big spacious area on the ground floor. Although a little noisy and you couldn’t open the windows (it was also quite smelly when you excited the room as it was right by the bins and back of the restaurant), it was perfect and a small price to pay for our one night family stopover in this beautiful and very friendly little town!

I arrived a bit later than I thought and was not aware that the check in was at the restaurant, I found that out accidentally, but they were very helpful.. The main gripe was that the front door key pad lock was not working properly at all by the time I left and my bedroom had also been difficult, although managed to do it eventually. It would have been nice to make contact with the staff quickly to get issues resolved, but apparently, this is a frequent ongoing issue. I had tried to call one number, but no response and no facility to leave a message. Other guests very helpful, but I got stuck outside the front door late one night and as a single femaile that was not very nice and it was only luck that another guest was able to let me in. During the last few days the front door had to remain unlocked for all guests, not ideal, so perhaps a reliable alternative keypad system could be considered. I loved the rest of the hostel.

This was the worst night of the 16 nights we spend on our road trip around the Balkans. - The room was very hot and humid and did not have any AC. Our room was right above the restaurant and we could not leave the window open to get some fresh air because even with the window close we could hear a lot of noise from downstairs. - The beds were not comfortable very soft and low, and made noise every time you turned around - The towels we received for the showers were smaller than the towels we use to wash our hands they were ridiculously small. - I booked this property thinking there was a parking outside but there were constrictions on the road and we had to do a big detour just to find out that a random car was parked in the middle of the street (it was a dead end) so we couldn’t access the parking spot. We had to park the car far away since parking in the center is reserved for residents. - We never saw anyone from the property at any point. When we arrived we did not know where the entrance to the hostel was so we asked inside the restaurant which had the same name as the hostel and the waiter was so rude he did not even answered us. Just ignored us completely - Plus it was not a cheap room (compared to Albania where we pay 25€ a night we sea view and breakfast included for example)

Introductory tour for stay in the Hostel was short and seem fine. I found that place assigned for coffee, tea and breakfast was kind of a small and not very practical, especially if more people at the same time are there and want to use tea, coffee or have a breakfast. Accidentally, I found that there is a kitchen in one part of the hostel, where I accessed through the door next to the refrigerator, accessible via stairs, but it was in a poor condition, dirty, also I found room for social activities, quite neglected in terms of being clean. I don't know, maybe it was for some other part of hostel or for different kind of residents in the hostel??? It is nice to have heater for water and microwave, but sometime a stove is a good option for kind of travelers that stay in hostels. I found it strange not having hostel contact person earlier in the morning.

I liked location and accessibility. I found it interesting that breakfast was left in the refrigerator, and that coffee and tea were available with nice area for rest, socialising, having meal. I liked the balcony and and enjoyed sun and beautiful view while having morning coffee. I found room nice and comfortable, but it looked kind of different from available photo during the reservation. It was very good free WI-FI connection. In general, I liked it because it is a great place to stay if you plan to travel and enjoy in your time!

We arrive late and there was nobody on the reception.We called the stuff they gave us instructions how to find the room.It was cold in the room.The area is very quite but the door has no insulation and you can hear every car passing by. There was an empty space for parking but the staff did not manage to remove the parking lock, and I had an issue with parking my car, but they never provided any parking.

Location very difficult to access . Very hot no air conditioning. There are like an army upper big roof room may be right beds on the floor . Accessing it you need to be in the Acrobatic team, not standard small wooden satires and very tiny hole to go upstairs. In summary this location should not be in booking. com due to safety hazard.

We had a warm, friendly welcome and was kindly helped up the stairs with our luggage. The room was big, quiet and airy and the location of the hostel was superb. The breakfast was fantastic and the facilities clean. All our needs were met and great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are located in the very centre of the town. The owner was very quick to solve a small problem with the entrance code to the room. We appreciated the gourmet breakfast from the fine dining restaurant located in the same building.
