Lovely hostel / guesthouse at the and of a beautiful valley. The cable car to velika plenina is only a 3 min walk away. The hostess cooks amazing food all from regional products, makes you welcome instantly and gave us a lot of Tipps what to see on our roadtrip. U have the chance to book some rooms, little huts and camp on the premises. We would definitely recommend everyone to come here. We had a great stay.

We stayed in the small cottage close to the main building (2 adults and 3 kids). The cottage is little bit smaller but cozy and it has everything you need. The house lady is really very nice and you can have dinner and breakfast in the restaurant in the main building - all the food was great. It is very close to the cable car to Velika Planina, which was our main reason why we have chosen this place. And we had a great stay.

What we especially liked was the location of the guest house in the middle of nature and the hospitality of the owners. The guest house has a super warm and cozy interior and exterior, and we felt very warm and comfortable staying there. Also, they made us an amazing breakfast which prepared us for a full day of hiking on Velika Planina (whose cable car is just 300m away from the guest house).

It was not necessarily clear from the description that it was a hostel. Most of the photographs on the site are from the chalet (sauna, hot tub, comfortable looking room). The main accommodation is a hostel with very small bedrooms. Shared bathrooms appear to be shared between hostel and a campsite (single shower for males and a single shower for females). I’d imagine in the height of the season could get quite overwhelmed. In my opinion not suitable for a family especially with young kids. Nevertheless the host was very welcoming, offered us crucial comforts that were not normally available such as a kettle and cutlery and crockery, shared lots of local tips for places to see and do.

Incredible hotel in such a beautiful, unique location and with amazing staff. We were made to feel so welcome, received lots of tips for walks etc in the area, the food was all delicious and the room itself was spacious, clean and well equipped.

The rooms are pretty basic and although they have everything you need, if you are looking for luxury this is not your place.

The hostess was very friendly and gave us excellent tips for things to do around the area. I would also recommend to have food, the local dishes were excellent! The facilities were very clean and felt safe. Beds were comfortable. The location is perfect if you want to explore the Velika Planina by cable car or if you like hiking and nature.

Nothing at all

We were warmly welcomed on our arrival and had a very nice walk along the river gorges despite the moody weather. Unfortunately, heavy rains provoked floods the next day and the roads collapsed/were closed. We were confined with all the other guests with no electricity and no network. The staff was absolutely INCREDIBLE, they provided us with all the info and comfort possible, good food and very nice attitude despite the circumstances until we were evacuated by the moutain rescue teams.

The room was as in the description but they don't mention how cosy it is! The bed was really comfy! The toilet and the showers were always clean! The yard has everything somone needs to relax. Above all the staff is really great!!! Special thanks to Micha for her hospitality and the great cooking! She made us feel like home! We will definitely return asap!
