Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CroatiaEverything was really comfortable, employees are very polite and attentive. Breakfast was always tasty and everything very clean and neat. Parking was basically secured, for the beginning of our stay the nearer parking lot was full so they secured us a park spot about 2 km further from the hotel (the staff took us to the parking lot and took us back from it. Also when we wanted to take our car to go places, we just ringed them at the reception and they took us to our car). Really enjoyed out stay!

SerbiaThe hotel does not have its own parking, so the car has to be driven by the hotel staff to a distant park place for a fee (15 Euros per night). The spa was overcrowded, you could literally not find a free sun bed and it was almost impossible to enter the pool. Additionally, if you forget to bring a towel from your room, they charge you with 4 Euros per towel.
The hotel has great location on the ''riva'', the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean, good breakfast.

ItalySpeaking about terme and wellness I must admit that it was surprising to me the fact that sauna and bagno turco are not included in the price. Secondly at our arrival the water was barely warm, but they solved the problem the day after
Staff super kind and helpful, they did their best to let me keep the superior room for all the stay despite the fact that I had two different reservations and the second was for a lower level room, so we could enjoy the sunset from our balcony! Amazing breakfast! Very clean!

SlovakiaIt is not possible to reserve a parking place. Some things already need maintenance. Not only in the hotel rooms, but also in the common areas. Aesthetic flaws which are already disturbing in a 4-star hotel.
The beachfront location is perfect, near to the center and the promenade. The breakfast and dinner is delicious. The inhouse wellness with swimming pool and jacuzzi is a good alternative in case of a bad weather conditions. Nearby parking place. The staff is very nice and helpful.
