Extremely uncomfortable, old bed and pillows. The rooms need renovation, but it is clean. It is necessary to pay additionally for the towels and bathrobe in the spa.

.Family room could be a little bigger.

We liked Termal Riviera. Althoigh it was very crowded it has a lot to offer for the kids. Different swimming pools with different slides, waves, surf, etc. Hotel was also OK, good value for the money. Very polite stuff, food was good, not the widest choice, but what was there, was nice. Hotel also had its own swimming pools and it was nice tonuse them, as there were only few people.

Not possible to adjust hot/cold water in the bathroom, the mattress on the bed is too old and worn out - extremely uncofortable, bathroom doors are not possible to close. Generally, the rooms need renovation - not only related to aestetics but realy basics of comfort.

Staff were great. Breakfast is very good. Winter riviera is also very nice.

The bed is uncomfortable and the furniture in the room needs renovation. You can even hear the floor creaking under your feet when you walk. The wi-fi is terrible in the room but very good at the pool. This is the first thermal spa I have ever been to whre they charge bathrobes, even if it says on the booking that they are included in the room. The corridor to the winter riviera is very cold and windy. There is only one receptionist on chek in and check out and it makes the whole precess very slow and tiring.

The food is great and very tasty. Both breakfast and dinner are lavish and threre are plenty to choose.

Property has a really nice blend of hostalgia mixed with a bit of modern era. I love the hygiene, staff, atmosphere, calmness. That's how I imagine a place to rest without any distraction.

Nowhere was indicated on the booking website that currently the saunas in the winter thermal riviera are being reconstructed. There was a small sauna in our hotel and a sauna in the nearby hotel. Master bed was uncomfortable.

The cleanliness of the whole facility was great, meals were satisfactory. Staff was always very nice and available to provide us information.

Rooms are very hot. Air conditioning is not working, just blows air with a fan. Even with window open all day it was at least 30degrees inside the room. Food was way worse than any other hotel within this resort. Also very expensive for the quality of room and board

Pillow is too soft and mattress is uncomfortable. We weren't previously informed that we have to pay for the bathrobe per day.

Great food, kind stuff, all the rooms are well heated. Hotel is connected with winter termal riviera. Great toboggans in that area. Great music at the New Year's party.

1. Hotel - it is very old. Rooms Are too hot and when you turn on the ventilation it does not do anything. Bed is so uncomfy and old, Full of holes. 2. Thermal pools- there is wellness and Spa in this hotel but it is small and very crowded. when you go to terme Čatež you come for Thermal coast- Thermal rivijera and you can only enter it ONCE a day. that is something you can’t read anywhere. of course, if you enter twice you will be charged. 3. Bathrobes - you have to rent them 4euros per person/per day. it is Spa resort and you have to pay for bathrobes. 4. Food - even for three starts, it was dissapointing. 5. Thermal rivijera pools- size is good but cleanliness, my god, it is not clean. 6. Too expensive for everything you GET.

i will be waiting in English so that everyone who wanted to visit this place knows. We really did not Like anything here. We even shorted our Stay for one day Because we where so dissapointed. parking is free.
