We’re used to having tea/coffee facilities in the room. Could do with a bit of a upgrade of decorum the bathroom as looked a bit worn.

The coffee from the machine isn‘t great!

The Hotel is well located on a hill with a fantastic view at Izola and the see. We‘ve had a nice spacious room with a nice terrace and see view. Staff was friendly, breakfast very nice. Izola is walking distance or 5mins by car.

The morning coffee was available through a machine, not barista. / The hotel is quite busy and housed during our stay bus loads of teenagers arriving for various sporting events. Thus, our room was not as quiet as we would have liked. / Parking can become a challenge as well. / The rooms require a bit updating due to the high traffic, but we missed nothing

The hotel check-in went without a hitch. The staff were extremely friendly and multi-ligual. We stayed in the Villa Palma on the ground floor and had a great view of the bay and Izola (Isola) and could see as far as Trieste, Italy and beyond. Breakfast itself was great. / The location is perfect for trips to the lovely neighbouring towns such as Koper, Lucija, Piran and Portoroz. Also, the hotel is situated only a 25 minute drive from Trieste, Italy and literally ten minutes to Croatia. We took this opportunity to visit Novigrad and Motovun in Croatia, and made multiple visits to Trieste. That said, we felt more comfortable in Slovenia and Croatia where we were treated very well. Overall, we had a good stay.

Terrible acoustics. Had bad luck that there was a noisy football team there. Couldn't sleep well.

Hotel reception is not connected to the reception of Wellness, therefore I had to communicate separately - the outcome was, that I didn't visit spa as I wished.

Staff was extremely friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the view is stunning.

I had been upgraded to a room with a sea view and the view was quite spectacular. The balcony was big enough to do my workout routines and made the room feel bigger. The staff was friendly. Very good value for money!

The sound isolation of the rooms is practically non existent. :( in the villas The bathtub needs a new plug in order to be usable.

Didn't like that breakfast was the repeat for all 3 days just Sunday there was pancakes which was very tasty. Didn't like that the spa wasn't included in the price.

The baby pool was very-very cold.

Our room was really pretty and the balcony is quiet big. The view from the whole area is amazing, specialy from the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. My little boy enjoyed the pool area a lot! It's a nice family fiendly place just a few minutes from Izola.

Beautiful view from Breakfast terrace and view over the sea and to Izola. Nice walking possibilities to the beach and into Izola city center. Hotel pool is nice if one does not want to leave the premise for swimming.

Beautiful view and nice swimming pools, transport down to the beach few times per day (also walkable distance to the nearest beach but because hotel is on a cliff road goes very much up on a way back). Delicious breakfast with amazing view over Isola and surroundings. Comfortable beds and nice little terrace outside. There is one bar and one restaurant in a hotel otherwise location is a bit remote. Bus to both Piran and Isola just outside of the hotel.

They don't put any information about the hotel facilities or local area in the rooms. We had a problem on the first night and wanted to call reception from the phone in the room, but got no response from dialling 0. Maybe it was on another number, we'll never know! We were originally given a room in the 'villa' Oliva. Unfortunately a school group (approx age 11-12 yrs) were already there and in the rooms all around us. The rooms are double/twins with additional bunk bed and so lend themselves well for dormitory style stays, but the disruption and noise was unbearable. The hotel apologised but they should never have put us in that villa in the first place. Our reallocated room was acceptable although it was smaller but the holiday experience was already spoiled. The hotel villas would benefit from some refurbishment as they are dated and it shows. A kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice.

We were here on a 2-night stay and the hotel were quick to respond to our request for a room change request on the first morning.
