Missed the nice breakfast buffet they usually have. But its understandable with the pre selected food in bag since they are doing a big reno on the main building. The direction of the temporary reception could have been better marked with directions on front of main entrance.

Breakfast was served as a take-away bag with a sandwich and a yogurt due to ongoing renovation (?). It didn’t really work for me travelling with two children.

It was clean and conveniently located near Nordby shopping center and the highway. We just stopped there to sleep for one night. There is parking, wifi, and basically everything one needs for a one-night stay. I also appreciated to get a baby crib for my youngest child.

The place was being renovated at the time of our stay. Therefore, the room for the breakfast was very limited and so was the offer of food. Otherwise, it was totally fine.

The rooms are very spacious. Nice, if you travel with family. It is a good place for an overnight for families from southern Sweden traveling to Norway.

Hard to find a place to park my bike as cars took big spaces so they could open there doors wide Should be a space just for bikes

It's just up the road from ferry and easy to find .met a few nice people and was relaxing.

The location was good, rom ok but the romm was not tidy enoght. There still a lot dust on the floor and table was dirty. Toilet not clean enough there also dirty on the glass . But breackfast is very good👍☺️

We informed the hotel that we'll probably come after 22h (we were driving 1000 km that day) and we got message that we need to call the security (number was on the door). We called him and he probably wasn't informed about us and he told us that the reception is closed. We tried to explain him that we have reservation then he told us that he'll be there in 15 min. Meanwhile a recetionist who was still in the hotel (it was 22:15) opened the door and told us that the reception is closed !? He gave us the keys but it wasn't polite and friendly specially when we told in advance that we'll probably be late. It wasn't middle of the night it was 22:15 - it wasn't even night there! And also - if you advertise your hotel as pet friendly - pets should be allowed in hotel facilities, not only in the rooms - in this case it is only pet tolerant hotel.

Our room was nice and clean. We were there only 1 night but it was very cozy.

Very essential and cheap rooms and facilities. Not particularly nice location, surrounded by shopping malls and road junctions.

Nice Staff. OK position close to the highway if you're just travelling between Norway and Sweden. Decent though simple rooms and breakfast.

Easy to access and have my own entry. I only stayed for the night but I believe the terrace would be so nice if staying a bit longer and during a warmer day. Good breakfast.

The restaurant was like a cafeteria than a restaurant. We could not use the patio, or even keep the door or Windows open, because people were smoking. More outlets are needed for charging. The wifi was terrible.

The hotel was quiet, our room had an outdoor entrance and a patio. Parking was convenient. Breakfasr was good.

It can be very warm in the room specially during the sunny summer time. Cleaning the bathroom can be smelled when entering the facility as bleach or something similar is being used. If you think to have great views, you will be disappointed as you will most likely look at the big superstore in the close proximity of the hotel 😉.

The hotel does its job, good price level and you get what you pay for. Big positive surprise is a variety of food in the breakfast, that's really nice. Parking possible in the area, safe from the main street.

So much noise!!! It is impossible to relax or sleep!!! The sofa bed is not comfortable at all! The reception was a nice lady But she told me very direct that you haven’t paid for 2 adults and one kid !! I replied I am sure that I did. She checked and said oh yes ! And no apologies!! It is not polite to treat the guests like that. The breakfast was not Buffet it was on paper bag for each person . Not so much options

Compared to 3 starts hotel , it was clean and near to the beach and Nordby shopping center .

- Hotel is in the midst of renovations and for starters we could not find the reception without telephoning them. The restaurant was closed so we had to go to the shopping mall where almost everything was also closed. Breakfast consisted of a disappointing brown paper bag with a sandwich and a chocolate. There was also coffee, but that's it. Also, due to renovation work most TV channels were unavailable. - Before arrival I kept getting messages about doing an online check-in which would save me so much time and stress when checking in at the hotel. What a joke! All I needed was my last name to get the key. Why was there no info about the renovation, so we could have had a decent dinner before arrival? - But the worst is that the hotel took more money off my credit card than what I reserved for. When I complained, the money was refunded, only to disappear again the following day. I have phoned several times. Nobody speaks English or has the power to do anything. I find this completely unacceptable.

The room and the renovated bathroom were fine.
