More information about breakfast for early check outs - I saw a sign on a fridge but no further information. Location is okay as it's near some shops and the flybus stop for Airport, but is largely in an industrial area - this won't be a problem if you have a car. A suggestion would be to implement a key box for early check out - I left my keycards in the room, but it's nice to drop them in a box.

Easy check in, nice large car park. Room was spacious for two people. Bathroom was newer than photos indicated which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast included is always a bonus and there was adequate options for the stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. Steam sauna works as expected. Additional information for future guests - dinner is NOT included. I say this as I noticed recent reviews mentioning this and wanted to clarify for future travellers.

There was no air conditioning and it became hot during the night. It feels a bit unsafe to open the window during the night when teh room is on the ground floor.

The location is perfect for a quick stop during a longer journey. The hotel is by the E10, in an area with many shops and fast foods. The room is quite spacious and it has everything you need for a short stay (cupborads and shelves could be missing for a longer stay)

Same breakfast menu everyday. They could have changed little varieries every other day atleast. Laundry service is not good. Drier not working.

Location was pretty close to shopping complex. Staff was very helpful and assisted better than expected. Easy access at anytime.

A cupboard would be useful in the rooms. Double rooms are really comfortable for one person. I booked room in this hotel several times. In Kiruna sometimes it is difficult to find room at all. I spent the one really warm week of this summer in Kiruna. It was very warm. Maybe the temperature was only 24-25 C in shadow but in it was very hot in sunshine.

The location in city is great shopping center, bus stop are in 200 meter. Airport is in 7-8 km. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Roads are almost empty, since inhabitants number is little in North Sweden.

The personnel was always available for any question. When three people of our group had to cancel due to covid, the hotel gave us all the money back (even if the rooms were theoretically not refundable)

That is just a small thing- I could not open a small window. So as I have used to sleep in very chilly room-it was just a bit too hot for me. But it is just me! For normal people warm room is a good thing, I suppose :)

I liked the easy parking just at the entrance. Breakfast was quite okay, service was absolutely polite and perfect. Nothing to complain about. I just needed a place to sleep and a possibility of pick up for my tour operator but I got a bit more tan that.

Everything was nice! Exactly as in the pics and the reviews!

Very good hotel that was close to my expectations. The staff was very friendly before and during my stay! The rooms were very nice and clean with very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast included in the price that was super tasty and nice with many options! Location was perfect between the old and new center! Bus station is 1 min on foot from the hotel.

The hotel is very close to a busy road with huge trafic. If the window remains open the sound from the traffic appears to be noisy. The choice of the food in the restaurant is limited.

Reception staffs are nice, breakfast is ok and the room is clean.

The room had no closet. The bathroom was that small, that you could combine using the toilet and showering. After showering, the whole bathroom was kind of a pond, the whole floor was wet. When you look outside the window, you were looking on an ad, that changed the colour of the lights every few minutes or you were looking on trashcans on the other side. Call it a hostel, and it would be alright.

The breaktfast was nice and the internet was pretty fast. the employees were allrigt, they did their job, but were not tooo friendly.

Dirty, old and not maintained room. They used 2 single bed sheets with holes over a double bed. You can also hear everything from the corridor and the next rooms.
