UkraineLocation is crap, but Riyad I guess there's not much stuff there in general, you can hear religios songs quite loud at night from nearby mosque, but they aren't very long, Personel was using guest elevators, and food delivery at Saddies cafe took very long time + personel didn't know much about the order and etiquette of delivery
Room had high ceiling and was looking quite fresh, very good food at "Saddie's cafe" or smth like that, gym wasn't dissapointing

RomaniaMy room was on side with the busy highway in front of the hotel. This led to ongoing noise issues, disrupting my sleep at night. A receptionist tried to find me another room but he was unsuccessful due to the hotel reaching full capacity. However, there is a note of optimism, as the hotel staff have indicated plans for enhancing the soundproofing of the windows to better accommodate future guests. Furthermore, I wasn't happy to discover that the SPA was not yet operational, contrary to the description of the listing on Booking. Currently, only the pool and gym can be used, the other SPA facilities are not yet available. My anticipation for a proper SPA hotel experience was a key factor in choosing Mansard Riyadh, making its absence a significant disappointment.
Staying at Mansard Riyadh was an overall nice experience, largely thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. It's apparent they receive excellent training, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast served was varied and delicious, catering to all tastes and starting the day on a high note. My room was a pleasant surprise – spacious, nicely furnished, and very clean.

Saudi ArabiaI would love to see more professional experience however it is a relatively new hotel some of the staff wasn’t very professional such as the valet it took for ever to bring me my car and also when I asked for a late check out they gave me one hour and by the time i went out of my room they deactivated my card !??
Very clean and well furnished i like the they’re collaborating with locsitane. I like how the hotel has been using the restaurant nearby in a very sustainable manner.
