The hotel's location is excellent and easy to reach. And I can say that this hotel is distinguished by all standards, the reception staff were very professional and had a nice manner of dealing, the restaurant staff were also very kind .

The hotel has every thing, Very clean and comfortable rooms (I got one with a balcony), the staff are very helpful and very hospitable and car about there customers satisfaction plus there is a good breakfast buffet and an elegant restaurant with a nice view on the roof and safe parking area under ground.

there was nothing that displeased us . I would only say take note that water is an issue in Saudi in general , so water heating systems are small , take note of the local challenges .

The Hotel is beautifully and thoughtfully equipped. There is a consciousness of sustainable conservation and energy management through the property. In the rooms there is a Generosity in how the rooms are designed and furnished. The Staff are amazing , they are all so conscious of trying to fulfill your every request that is within their possibilities ....starting with Amal , Sarah, Murien at the front desk to the bellhop and the room service to Mahomes at Breakfast and Shabaan at dinner ....you finally get to experience the Hospitality , Warmth and sincere Generosity of the Arab people. This is my 4th trip to Saudi over 30 yr span and for the first time I felt like an honoured guest , rather than a pesky foreigner . It was an unusual experience to see Saudi Woman at the forefront of the Hospitality industry, they are extremely efficient and pleasant . The hotel rate is expensive but GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY , location is excellent , central and accessible to most things from here . Parking is secure beneath the hotel , and entrances are easy ....porters are helpful ,old school attendance. Thank you to a Brilliant team for making our first visit to Taif memorable in every good way .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the wonderful Le Reve Hotel and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The entire experience was made even more extraordinary by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff specially the front desk girls , Sara and Maram . .Their dedication to ensuring I had a fantastic time did not go unnoticed. I can't wait to return to back and be greeted by such wonderful staff once again.

We loved everything. From Service , food , facilities and the amazing staff! Thanks to Sarah and to all receptionist! who let us check in when we arrived at 1pm plus they assign us to very spacious room, superb! better than other 5 start hotel. Clean and I like the fragrance in the vicinity. Thank you to Mohammed , he's very attentive during the breakfast. We had a nice dinner at the Italian restaurant, the food was good, and also the serving was huge! Thanks to Ibrahim and Amer. Will definitely recommend Le reve to our friends.

The pillows were not comfortable for me. However, the staff tried their best to make our staying comfortable. They gave us medical pillows. But to be honest I also did not like it. However, this is subjected to individual variations. Apart from this issue everything was great.
