Despite the hotel looks nice, unfortunately the rooms don‘t! They are very outdated and uncomfortable. The staff is really loud in the morning which does not allow you to sleep for long. Moreover, taxi prices by the hotel are really high and the driver seems to be a friend of the staff (who charges even higher prices if you try to negotiate with him for a different trip).

There was a construction going on in the premises which made noise. Also the bathroom is a little worn out, not bad but could use a little touch up.

Beautiful place and room, spotless clean, attentive staff and delicious breakfast. The blind curtains were perfect you could get the room completely dark. Bed was really comfy.

Great location, very friendly staff, comfortable. Hot showers, cold beer, great breakfast! There was an issue with my room and they were very understanding. Massage therapist on premise and you got one massage on the house. Very happy with my stay. Total 5 nights. Would recommend.

I love the location; within a valley surrounded by nature. I love the lounge and the view it offers. I can't even find the words to describe the staff Gideon, Isimbi, Joules, the masseur.....they are professionals at what they do and they were quite hospitable. I'd love to visit again

Some of the rooms were close to the restaurant and found myself being woken up late/early. However, staff were really helpful and moved me to a more convenient room. Also for the cost of my stays, having to pay for own airport transfer was a little disappointing

Nice rooms, and showers! Some were slightly dated but that was also a bit of character. Breakfast in the morning was in a nice location, and not far from supermarket, shops or other restaurants. Very good delivery service for food from local restaurants.

Many rooms are facing the green and colorful garden, which is very beautiful. The breakfast buffet has a great variety and additional food can be ordered for free, and is served in a cozy common area that is open all day. The stay includes a one-hour free massage, which was amazing.

The amenities in the room are basic - such as no safe, only one small bar of soap, one towel. As it’s quite humid, the towel doesn’t dry. The bathroom and room need some small renovations. Minor so it didn’t bother me, but just worth feeding back.

Large room in a rush property, surrounded by trees. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly. The coveted terrance is a great place to relax and have meetings. Wifi is good and it’s a good location within Kigali. They offer free laundry service and massages. There is no lunch or dinner service but they have a partnership with a local Italian restaurant that you can order and have delivered. Overall a very nice stay in Kigali.

Great breakfast, you can choose the way you have your eggs. There is a nice variety of healthy food. For lunch and dinner you can order delivery at the reception, or you can walk up the road, as there are different restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

The Nest is a cheaper option to the expensive aircon hotel offering in Kigali, but offers a true African experience that is safe and clean and relaxing.

The Nest is located close to the convention centre and a number of good restaurants. It is an easy place to base from for both work and pleasure. The rooms are quiet and clean and the breakfasts are wholesome. We sat a lot in the common area under the cool of the shade and close to the fridge filled with beer and drinks to have a lot of meetings and talks for business. the staff were always keen to assist with transport and advice for us to get around and meet with people.

They overcharged for taxi from airport. Luckily we decided not to ask them for the taxi driver. Eventually we paid twice less then they offered.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. We realy like our breakfast there. The location is very convenient. You can ask for laundry too. We are fully satisfied.
