The staff was very friendly and tried to make our stay an enjoyable one. The rooms were spacy and beds were comfortable. We got breakfast to take away as we departed early before the breakfast hours.

The water pressure was low and the the hot water was not consistent. So you still have some work to do to improve service, but keep up the good work. I would still return to stay in your hotel as your staff were very friendly.

Considering the price it is a good choice for accommodation in Musanze. Surely there are more high end options available but we were very happy with the stay. Just a note, food in Rwanda always seems to be prepared from scratch so expecr food to take over an hour to be served at the hotel restaurant (plan accordingly).

We were given a very large room with balcony offering views of the Volcanoes in the distance. Room was comfortable and I think represent good value for money. The staff were very friendly and welcoming at all times. Location is very convenient with shops walking distance for water or supplies and the National park reception only 25 mins drive. Food at restaurant was tasty and portions huge (could barely finish half the plate!)

The hotel has super friendly staff, enough and comfortable parking, walking distance from supermarkets and restaurants! it also has its own great restaurant. We chose the executive room which was the right choice! big seating area, kitchen and a small working table. great value for money.

The booking summary of the Garden Place said there were two pools and a bar. This was not true. The summary also said the breakfast was an additional $7 but it was included. The roof and hallways were noisy thought not in control of the hotel.

The walls are very thin and the staff are working at odd hours. Why is the hotel being cleaned noisily at 4am? There was a lot of noise in the night which made it hard to sleep: sleeping is the main point of a hotel.

Generally the hotel is nice but fairly basic. It's ok for the price. Staff were helpful when they were around but not always that easy to find.
