TV remote seem difficult to use. Navigating between and selecting tv channels was bit of a challenge. That didn’t in any way erode comfort. All good.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bar attendant went out of his way to prepare pineapple juice just to make pinna colada cocktail for me (pineapple juice was initial not available).

Breakfast was very good. Location was a bit of a problem. We arrived late in the evening and struggled the next morning to withdraw money to pay for scooter taxi. Not the hotels problem. The nearest ATM was not working so we ended up walking further than we'd have wished. Kigali is a very hilly city.

The location is a little bit off the center of activities. The security protocol of confirming with guests before their visitors leave was not maintained.

The person on the front desk who checked me out was extremely rude, he took half an hour to issue a receipt which was wrong. He held up half the hotel guests wanting to go to the airport. He had no idea what he was doing. I had paid for a shuttle service to the airport the day before, he would not or could not confirm with the driver if the service had been paid for. This delayed us even further.

the rooms do not have a suitcase rack - very irritating as there is no place to keep the suitcase in the wardrobe as well so you are forced to empty the suitcase The room service especially the laundry service is pathetic The hotel should provide free airport transfer - just like most other hotels in Kigali; shocked they do not

The front office staff reception was so pathetic and poor. The seemed not aware of our coming and looked patently unprepared. We had to carry our bags. The checkout was also wanting.

The bathroom has no ledges for putting your items. This may be a design flaw from the Park Inn architecture.

Loved the rooms, clean. Good food. Got moved to a room with a better view at No extra cost. Wonderful service staff, polite and friendly. Location is central and taxi service from the hotel are great.

The taxi service could be arranged better. It's very expensive compared to other taxi services and several times different prices were charged for the same drop-off location. This felt a bit dodgy to me and I felt very overcharged several times. Also sometimes there was an issue between the taxi drivers as they all wanted to take on the ride and even started arguing in front of us. This is not very professional. Anyways, my stay at parkinn was very nice, but the taxi service could be improved.

I've been several times at ParkInn and always enjoy my stay here. The staff is very kind. I really enjoy the breakfast which has so many options. Also the normal menu for dinner and lunch is very good. I especially enjoy the salads.

This property is exceptional. Its location is in a safe neighbourhood where you can walk and run freely. From their clean, excellent rooms to the staff to the food, it was lovely.
