While the hotel is very clean, the sofa in our suite was the odd one out, quite old, with traces of grease where heads touch the fabric. The room was noisy during the day as the neighbouring hotel is being renovated. The security staff at the entrance to the building stood out from the rest of the very friendly staff, showing off boredom to the extent that some would consider it disrespectful.

Thanks to our genius level we got a free upgrade to the one junior suite in the hotel - that was of course nice. Other than that: the hotel is spotless, centrally located, and its reception is staffed with nice and competent people. The receptionist helped us find our way around, helped to get me a motorcycle taxi - going out to the street to fetch one and negotiating the fare down. The restaurant was OK. Good WIFI.

The breakfast was quite slim on choices and the bathroom in the room was of older style. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there was a misunderstanding and they would not book a return transfer to the airport, so I needed to pay for transport myself

Location is in the Kiyovu neighbourhood, which is one of the nicer neighbourhoods in Kigali. The hotel is flexible with check-in time and offers early checking-in, in conjunction with a free airport shuttle. With breakfast included, it's a great base for a stay in Kigali. The bathroom included toiletries, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

We did not expect much when we booked the hotel but we were positivly surprised by the outstanding service and kindness we received from the staff. The location of the hotel was great, we were able to get to the main promenade by walking distance. Overall we were very happy with our stay at One Click and would definitily come again.

Near downtown, spacious rooms, well equipped. Lovely and helpful staff. Nice restaurant with garden, good food. Airport pickup in the middle of the night without any problems. Secured parking for your vehicle.

Breakfast was poor , very little western choices , need a better selection of breads. Food in restaurants was so expensive and not the best quality. Beer was well priced but cocktails were so expensive. Outdoor area needs a revamp.

Very large room. Staff were very friendly especially Angel at reception nothing was ever too much trouble. This property offers good value for money but needs to look at the little things to improve the quality of your stay
