Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Germany-Double Room booked for 2 People, but only one Bedside table and one Bedside electric plug. -Hot water takes 5/10 minutes to come out -Some miscommunication between Staff members -almost every morning (at 6/7 am) there was some noise and loud talking/shouting through the stairs from the Hotel Staff itself.
-Extremely friendly & helpful Staff: among all the help, general Infos and tips, I was also allowed to leave the room at 3pm, instead of 11 am. I also used their Transfer from/to Airport Service ($15 each way), which I highly suggest. -Very good Food -Good position to quickly reach City center (1.000 Rwf with MotoTaxi). All in all, a pretty new Hotel with small flaws, which once corrected will definitely make this choice one of the best in Kigali, in terms of Price/Quality standing point. Should I choose again a Hotel and not a private apartment for my staying in Kigali, I will definitely pick Nziza View Hotel again. They are Family in Kigali!

NigeriaI liked everything honestly at first there wasn’t a fan and I requested for it and Mary gave one to me she even changed my room to a more comfortable one I was so so happy. All the staffs are really really nice! I I’m going to miss them all we literally turned family. Ouuu and the restaurant the food was a 100 not gon lie. This hotel is worth the price honestly. Definitely going to recommend to friends visiting Kigali and also my parents too ❤️
