Terrace upstairs was closed. Would be a nice lounge area. Gym gets too loud for residents sometimes. A quiet working/meeting room/lounge would be great.

Can do with some improvement. Lacking sausages, bacon (standard English breakfasts ). Else was goods.

I wish they could build bathroom cubicles to avoid water splashing all over when bathing and they can have mini-fridges for cold drinks. Breakfast should atleast be served as from 6am so that those with early flights or early mornings don't miss out

I would prefer a more professional staff in the restaurant. They were nice people, but don’t have the professional skills set. They did not asked if you wanted something to drink before or after you ordered and never brought water when I ordered for a beverage. They could use some help with the manu as well. On two occasions there was no hot water to shower and no water was coming out of the pipe on one occasion.

I like the place and the staffs were great and helpful. They always had a professional tone when they answered the phone and they went above and beyond when they were asked to assist.

Enjoyed a two-night stay at Ndaru suites. Comfortable room. Facilities on site are great, while the service was attentive and helpful. Staff were happy without hesitation to extend check out by several hours while I sorted out a flight delay which was much appreciated.

Waiters at breakfast weird you out by helping too much and explaining in detail what things are. I dont need someone to explain what a pineapple is or hold my plate while I am taking food.

This newly built hotel has not had time to get run down yet and is the closest to a "normal" hotel in Kigali like what you would find in Europe or US and still at a reasonable price. The name "luxury" is misleading as it is a normal standard hotel. Everything including hot water works in the rooms. Breakfast is good despite the waiters being a bit overtentative. Stayed here when the price was around $80/night which is reasonable for this. I now see that that they have raised it over 100 and I am not staying anymore.

Breakfast doesn’t have options so it feels bland. Booked for airport pickup knowing I was arriving at an odd hour (1 am) but there was no one at the airport so was stranded for a while and disappointed that my request was not considered after they had confirmed it was possible; and even during check-in, I saw my airport pick up details right there on their check-in paper. Time and flight details.

Where to start... live wires, leaking shower cabins, smoke from a so-called natural sauna filling the air everywhere (someone will die at that sauna of smoke inhalation one day, it's madness!), absolute zero noise protection from next door restaurant with us literally feeling we were sharing the table with the people having dinner and drinks every night - not a single normal night sleep, open sewage suction machine leaving a pestilent smell close to the swimming pool, food options are acceptable but the quality is very poor, appalling breakfast selection, reception desk calling past 11pm to confirm items on our bill and waking up our daughters, dinner orders being misunderstood and not reconfirmed. The list could go on.

Some staff were very friendly, although they need to learn the very basics of acceptable customer service. Waiting 1.5 hours for our food every night was unacceptable, especially when we have 3 young children. Location.

The optics and photos over hype the quality of the hotel. It's quite concrete with the windows of the rooms tinted especially the bathrooms with no options to open them for air. This made them quite stuffy. The check out service was appealing. We were charged $20 for airport drop off on our way out and the driver never showed up and we almost missed our 9am flight having to book our own taxi at 7am. The guy at the reception told us it wasn't his fault and when I told him I would take his pictures and give bad ratings he decided to take my pictures too which was hilarious. Really ridiculous service. By the way they even have protea hotel bathroom towels which is a bit weird and you wonder where that came from

The quality of the room service food was good. Though first day we requested for food we were given limited options to select from which took almost 3hrs though we were told 40 mins but the next time we ordered, they shared a good menu and the quality of food was good. The breakfast options were quite bland though and we had to opt to go outside the hotel one of the days for breakfast

my transfer vehicle missed me at the airport,The lady who brought me room service demanded a tip,On my last day i ordered food from the waiters he disappeared for 2hrs even though i had also asked for him to switch off the music so i can have a zoom call he came back and said he forgot and was going to bring for me my order he never came back until i left.The housekeeper kept knocking on my door asking to clean when i told her that i was checking out and so she should come in after i have left the room.

the windows didn’t had blackout curtains, it’s annoying to get a sleep during day time

the location is few steps from MTN headquarter Nyamata the staff was extraordinary especially Kelly, he makes our stay wonderful.
