We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UruguayThe first time I stayed, I didn't like the bathroom. The shower was installed for someone less than 1.60 meters tall. And they never leave the plug for the bathtub in the room.
The staff is very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is very good. The bed very comfortable. The location is good because it is in front of the lake, less than 150 meters from 3 restaurants and a disco.

Everyone at the hotel was so nice and helpful. They gave us suggestions on things to do and and helped with arrangements. The food was very good and the grounds were beautiful.

FranceNo lamp next to the bed. It would have be nice to have a towel for the hands and in the bathroom next to the shower as there was water everywhere on the floor without it. A curtain for the window in the bathroom would be also a good idea. The breafast was nice and all, especially in the garden : however, it would be great to do not have your plate taken away as soon as you finishing it, or barely finishing it :)
It was a nice stay, it is easy to go around from the hotel. And the hotel has a nice garden. The manager is really nice and helpful.

NetherlandsStaff did not adhere to Covid-19 measures. Not wearing masks, not washing and/or disinfecting hands. With buffet breakfast and dinner, disinfectant being available for hands is a requirement but not available here. All staff and guests are handling the same utensils at the buffet increasing the chance of transmitting the corona virus. Construction site close-by causing early morning noise.
Good location close to the beach with several restaurants close-by. Big rooms with nice terrace. Ample guarded free parking space. Very good breakfast included, sometimes buffet and at other times a-la-carte. Backup generator available. Good wifi. Buffet dinner available at a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty hot water available in shower. Good mosquito net in room.

IndiaMy room did not come with a fridge and an intercom telephone to contact the reception in case of any emergency. Did escalate these issues to the front desk. Hope this will be sorted before the next guest checks in. I was twice disappointed with the lunch I ordered from the menu, the Chef could have done a way better job.
The staff are really kind and will go out of their way to ensure that customer needs are met. The staff are the real assets of Musanto Hotel (Touissant, Jean-Marie, Ghislane and Gaddafi). I loved the breakfast, it was good and had variety. The room was spacious and I loved it.
