The neighborhood is fairly new and still developing. There's not much nearby so you'll often need a taxi. If you want to save money, I'd recommend motor taxi over the hotel's taxi service. Also the dinner option is only a 4 course menu which was often too much food for us and therefore a bit expensive. There was construction next door which began early mornings but I guess that's out of the hotel's control.

Amazing property, view and staff. The rooms are clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is also good. Be sure to get a massage at the hotel.

The location, team and guest house environment were just fabulous. It really was an exceptional stay and the evening menu with the panoramic views across Kigali at night or day were amazing. An excellent location for a business or leisure trip in my opinion.

Wow! What a fabulous place to stay at. Everything from the welcome to the goodbye was perfect. We stayed here a whole week for a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This small hotel is a gem. The interior design is wonderful, we loved all the contemporary art. The rooms are spacious with lovely balconies overlooking the city. The view from the restaurant was mesmerising and so was the food. Would highly recommend!

The bathroom didn’t have ventilation fan or window, so there was condensation and ventilation. Room windows didn’t have mosquito netting. Some construction noise in another property closeby was unfortunate.

I am not sure .. it would be nice if the restaurant area with the amazing view was bigger area, since everyone wants to be in this space.

Eagle view is a wow.. From he moment I walked in a felt at home. The decor is exceptional with beautiful artwork throughout. I couldn't get enough of the view of Kigali from the restaurant. This was the best spot for those staying or choosing to dine there. The food was amazing and being a vegan I was well looked after by the head chef Eric who was an absolute star.

I had just come from climbing Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and wanted a nice place to stay to unwind before heading to Uganda. Eagle View was it as they had an amazing restaurant and also offered massages. Views from balcony were something else and room was spacious and comfortable.

Room was good. But inside facilities not much good bcz there is no TV, telephone,hot water kettle,not provided tea bag, sugar or coffee. And not available toilet shut off valve. Wifi was very poor connection.when I stand outside only. It works. If any emergency call to reception also very difficult to communicate without telephone. Food was acceptable.

I got the room below the staircase and there were occasional noises when people passed by. The road to the location is also a bit bumpy but other than that, I had a very nice stay.

The warm welcome, I got a complimentary drink as I got in, the view of Kigali from this lodge is absolutely breathtaking and I loved it a lot. I liked that the room was quite cozy and intimate as well. The ambience was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helped with getting a cab, other things I needed.

Nothing, my stay was wonderful and worth the cost after a week in the countryside and national parks.

What a great view of Kigali, daytime and nighttime! This chic hotel only has a few rooms, all modern, stylish, and accomodating. There is a professional kitchen, lounge room, and small dining area on a balcony with 4-5 tables for meals. The shower was decently hot and bed very comfortable. The WiFi was very fast for Rwanda. A large container of water is provided in the room, towels, soap, kitchenette, etc. There are three resident dogs and a cat that are all very friendly. While the price is steep by local standards, it is very reasonable for the accomodations. I noticed some of the restaurant guests and visitors weren't staying there. I think this is a meetup and dining place for socialites in Kigali.
