Room on the deluxe room was quite basic and outdated. The metallic gate can wake you up at night especially if you are on the ground floor.

Hotel location was great. Fairly close to the Kigali convention Centre if you are here for business purposes. Low season. Not many guests but definitely didn’t feel welcome. Staff never approached at the restaurant which was an awkward walk up the road from my accommodation. Bathrooms need a total revamp. My whole shower unit came off the wall.

Upon entering the room, the door to the garden was opened, meaning little flies and mosquitoes were in my room at night. Recommended to keep them closed.

Super nice rooms for decent price. I had the pleasure to stay at Heaven Boutique Hotel, and had an upgrade of room. Fresh cookies where brought just after the work day, which was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly and supportive.

I had two rooms so I have to separate my experience. The first room was more expensive, close to reception and comfortable. Wifi was good, but not amazing. I felt the mirror in the bathroom was too small. The second room was a bit away, some stairs, but it looked good. It was 1/3 of the other price. Unfortunately, the aircon did not work and the doors of the cupboard doors always opened by themselves. It was also louder as the first room. I liked the friendly staff and the restaurant.

Warm water at best from shower. Also, locks on windows did not really work, but good neighborhood and nothing bad happened. Still, I think they should secure windows better, after all, it is a ground floor room. Couldn't get anything on the tv.

Well located, room a bit cramped but generally nice with a couple issues (see dislikes), breakfast and restaurant very good. Price was good. This place has a range of rooms; pay more for a better room.

Solar heater for hot water wasn’t hot enough in rainy season. I had the mixer on full hot the whole stay and it was never more than warm. Some smaller size food options at the restaurant would be good.

Back of villa room was nice and quiet, alright size for one person. Staff were attentive. Common areas are lovely. Breakfast was great with a lot of options.

The gate in and out the the Villa part of the property is extremely noisy when opened and closed by security. Our room was pretty small so felt a bit cramped, though was still very comfortable.

Had a fantastic one night stay in the ‘Villa’ part of the hotel. We visited the restaurant back in 2017 so were very excited to see how the place has since expanded! Our room was very comfortable, staff super helpful & friendly, great facilities and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Kind of feels like you have everything you need in one place!

Room was very small and bed was too short (even for average height people). Breakfast was nothing special. Prices at the restaurant are ridiculously expensive for Africa (same as in Europe), so we decided to eat in the city instead. Also bicycle rent 35$ per hour…

Good location to walk to car free zone area and city center. Nice green surroundings.

Super noisy both at the pool (not really relaxing since a cooler or something was on 24/7 next to it and was extremely loud) and bedroom. I booked a room With a balcony but the room didn’t have a balcony. However the room was nice except for being noisy and not having a balcony.

The room was smaller than expected. Was not clear upon check-in that the hotel facilities were part of a neighbouring hotel and not part of the same facilities. However, was able to use most of the facilities of the hotel next door.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel was also well located and close to one of the main squares in Kigali.
