Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LiberiaThe rate, my rate was very high due to late arrival at the hotel. I paid $354.00 for one night, arriving 23:00 and departing 6:00am. Please review the rate and let your customer to know in advance how much they are to paid.
I reception was welcoming and the staff were great. They made me to get a cup of coffee early as my departure and staying time were so closed. Their smiles were wonderful.

Germanythe only thing i could highlight was the choice of fruit at breakfast. let me stress that this is not a complaint, everything was perfect but i felt the fruit selection could be a bit better.
This hotel did not disappoint: the pick up from the airport was perfect even though i arrived an hour late (at 2AM!), the organisation of my group was without problems, breakfast was great, the pool area was fantastic, the staff couldnt be friendlier. overall a great stay!

The staff and service were superb. The welcoming friendliness governs the entire atmosphere at the hotel. The rooms were quiet. The pool area invited for a relaxing afternoon nap in the shade by the water. Food was excellent including a great selection at the breakfast and dinner buffets.

I love the location. Just about 3/4 minutes walk to Marriott Hotel where I had a program. The staff were extremely friendly and both check-in & check-out were easy as slipping my flip flops. The hotel had a delightful ambiance that was filled serenity, relaxation and mostly the at-home feeling like. It was really home-away-from-home. The breakfast was great. There were varieties to choose from i.e. fresh breads, cereals, fruits, vegetables, waffles, pancakes etc. just name it and it's there. Hmmm the coffee and the Rwandan lemon tea were heaven. The rooms were squeaky clean that I could literally have eating anything that falls on the floor....smiles. Towels are always fresh and crisp.

The location was good, about 15 mins walking distance to downtown. Several hotels were located in the vicinity as well. Hotel staff were very hospital and professional. Everyone from airport pick up and drop, to check in and check out at reception, to staff supporting the meeting and those serving at the restaurants (breakfast and lunch). A special mention to Anitha and Sharon at reception, Eric at the dining restaurant, and William and Jacob during airport pick up and drop. It was a wonderful stay.

I had an incredible four-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Kigali. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable, organizing a delightful birthday surprise at no extra cost. The location is excellent, and Queen, the guest relations agent, was instrumental in coordinating my birthday celebration. Kudos to in-room attendants Oscar and Louise for their exceptional service. Everything, including breakfast, was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel!
